Fangyan Scenic Area - Yongkang

Chinese New Year and Spring Festival Holiday- this spot is truly jampacked with lots of people climbing the mountain and visiting the temple. When you are in Yongkang, this is a must see place. On our way to the place, there was a huge traffic because of the strict check of all people who visit the place. Because of the Covid pandemic, everybody needs to show the green code. Tickets can be purchased using wechat but only locals can purchase. As foreigners, we have to line up and show our passports. It was a tough climb going up and there were a lot of nice stops and views. There are temples and most of the people went to the main temple and lit ip some candles and incense maybe wishing or praying for a good year.
