[Seoul] New spot ★ Shopping and cafes in Hannam-dong

#KoreaShopping2024 Itaewon, the setting for the Korean drama "Itaewon Class". The area between Itaewon Station and the next station, Hangangjin Station on subway line 6, is hot right now! I heard that, so I went there♪ First, get off at Hangangjin Station and walk towards Itaewon Station. If you turn into an alley on the south side along the way, you'll find yourself in an area called "Hannam-dong," a backstreet cafe street. After walking for a while, a cute mint blue building came into view. Looking at the logo, it was "gelato pique"! It's apparently Gelato Pique's first flagship store in Korea. When you enter the store, you can also enjoy a cafe on the garden terrace. There were Mardi Mercredi stores all over the place while walking around the Hannam-dong area, but we shopped at the first store. There is a second store across from the first store, and they carry different designs. The first store sells knitted sweatshirts and cardigans. The second store is sportswear. There are designs in various colors hanging on hangers, and if there is something you want, you can tell the staff and they will bring out a new bag from the back. The cakes with the lying bears lined up were cute♪ When I ordered a cake, they lit the candles for me. It seems that they will do a candle display for any cake.
