Tiger Leaping Gorge trekking - you can do it!

We took a bus from Lijiang to Qiaotou, then transfer to another van that brought us to Naxi to start our trek. The 28-bend trek is not as treacherous as it is made to believe. go on a slow pace so you can breathe properly, take intermittent bit-size rests and you will be surprised you have completed the 28-bend segment! thereafter, it is relatively easy. just be vigilant along the way, don't stand too near the edge. we trekked 5 hours to Halfway Guest House to rest the night. then following morning, went to Tina and down the canyon to hear the roar of the Jingsha River. a fulfilling 2-day trek!#tigerleapinggorge #halfwayguesthouse #tinaguesthouse
