Salgar Castle - Barranquilla

The Salgar Castle is a popular landmark which you should visit if you are in Barranquilla. This place is not located in down town, however It can be reached easily by taxi or public transport. The recommended sightseen time is half an hour or maximum one hour. The building is well preserved, colorful façade with an amazing restaurant where you can try many of the local dishes. Try not to miss out the sunset as this building has a great panoramic view next to the sea. Plan accordingly to get a good spot to take some photographs.
