🌸Yodo Kawazu Sakura🌸 Kawazu Sakura in Yodo, Kyoto, is one of the earliest to bloom. It has already bloomed in mid-February and is now starting to snow. There are about 300 Kawazu cherry trees along the river, forming a pink cherry blossom avenue. There were not many people there that day. The pink flowers are so dazzling, and the petals have fallen into the stream. 🌸It is so beautiful to see them swaying in the wind on the water. Located at Fushimi Inari Station, towards Hanami Koji, discovered a hidden shop, called Kwon Heiwei, with a Chinese menu, chose No. 4, did not expect the soup thick sauce, can lock the temperature of the whole bowl of barley noodles, thick and not bad, fish cake bouncy, eggs are fragrant, in addition to No. 7 chicken egg udon,  dishes and soup is also not bad, local customers service attitude is not bad!

I went to Fushimi Castle in Kyoto Prefecture. It's famous as the castle that Toyotomi Hideyoshi built in his later years. It was my first time there, but I was only able to see the exterior of the castle and wasn't able to go inside. There are baseball and futsal fields nearby, and they were well-used.

I went to Matsuyama Brewery's open house and brewery tour in Fushimi, Kyoto 🍶 Matsuyama Brewery's sake is called Jikkoku. It uses Kyoto yeast and is a perfect food pairing sake! On this day, several sake breweries in Fushimi were holding open houses simultaneously as part of an event, so I went on a tour of several of them! They carefully explained the brewing process and history, and I've grown to love this sake even more. I also enjoyed trying the sake that was only available at the open house! Although it was still early, there was already a group of customers enjoying coffee inside. The shop is small but clean and tidy. Stepping inside immediately felt warm and cozy, especially on a chilly day like today. After ordering at the counter, I took a seat, and soon my breakfast was served.
