The staff at Frasers were fantastic. Karen at concierge was incredibly helpful and facilitated our early check-in smoothly. Hayden at the Lobby Lounge was very welcoming and shared great recommendations for their specialty drinks. During dinner at Lucce, a young waiter kindly brought me a scarf and warm water when the air conditioning felt chilly. We truly appreciated the hospitality and look forward to returning soon!

Lovely lunch venue today for a quick business lunch. Only a short trip away from Ashford International taking only 40 minutes away from central London - Kings Cross St Pancreas International by train.
