We’ve spent some amazing days at Iberostar Cala Domingos and tomorrow we’re leaving with sadness, but also with a strong desire to return. ❤️ I want to thank the entire team for the excellent treatment we received, as we truly felt very welcomed. A special mention goes to Sebastián at reception. He was incredible with us—super attentive, kind, approachable, and especially great with my daughter and the kids. He continuously did his best to ensure we were comfortable, and we deeply appreciate it. The room we were given was fantastic, and everything was in great condition. We absolutely loved the pools—both were enjoyable, and the zones for the little ones, the babies, and the quieter areas near the bungalows were exceptional. It’s perfect for a family stay. The animation team deserves recognition, especially Shane and the Andalusian girl with curly hair whose name I can’t recall at the moment. They were super friendly, approachable, and had such an admirable attitude. It’s clear when people love their work. 😊 Regarding the bars, I want to highlight Teresa from the pool bar by the beach. She was very kind and attentive. Although I can’t remember everyone’s names, overall, the staff has been wonderfully pleasant. I’d also like to give a heartfelt shoutout to the housekeeping team, along with all the room attendants. I know how hard their job is and the effort it takes to keep everything in top condition, especially with the constant movement across the entire hotel, tackling all the slopes and daily tasks. Hats off to them and to the housekeeping team for their outstanding work—it truly shows. In particular, I want to mention Luz Marina from the Nobles area and Paula, who prepared our room. Thank you so much for your effort, dedication, and for attending to every detail. ❤️ I extend my gratitude to the management and all department heads and supervisors as well. We stayed at this village as a family and had a truly wonderful experience. It’s definitely a place I’d return to, even outside of a family vacation, because one of the things I cherished most was the atmosphere of peace and relaxation. I really enjoyed the layout of the rooms, designed as small houses nestled in a large green area, offering plenty of privacy and making the environment very enjoyable and serene. A special mention absolutely goes to the food, likely one of the village’s greatest strengths. The buffet at the main restaurant was outstanding in terms of variety, quantity, and quality. The dining and kitchen staff were extremely attentive: as soon as something ran out, it was promptly replenished, and everything was managed with great precision. Truly impressive! Special thanks to Elena, the head waitress, who was always kind, helpful, and lovely. In general, we found all the waitstaff and employees to be cheerful and accommodating. One thing that stood out to me was that their smiles didn’t feel forced; there was a genuine sense of harmony among the team, and it felt like they genuinely enjoyed their work. I think this reflects both excellent staff selection and effective management, which makes a significant difference for guests. We also found the presence of several drinking fountains throughout the village quite convenient. They allowed us to refill our water bottles easily throughout the day. I absolutely loved the presence of the many cats living in the village. A particular kitten would wait outside our room nearly every day and became a special little part of our vacation. ❤️ Since I believe these animals contribute to the atmosphere and identity of the place, I have a small suggestion for the management: I noticed several bowls intended for the cats without water and often refilled them myself. While I believe the cats are fed, it’s particularly important during hot weather to ensure they always have fresh water. A quick daily check of the bowls around the village would be a wonderful gesture and make this place even better, showcasing care for the animals living there too. There are a few minor areas for improvement, in my opinion. The beachside pool bar could offer slightly higher quality food, especially given the excellent standard of the main restaurant. It would also be very convenient to have beach towels available at the seaside pool in addition to the main pool near the reception. Additionally, I’d suggest paying a bit more attention to the greenery in certain areas, which we found rather dry. With better irrigation and upkeep, it would further enhance the beauty of the surroundings. The small beach cove is very beautiful, and the sea is stunning. While I understand the beach is public and not directly managed by the village, it’s an integral part of the guest experience. Therefore, occasional cleanup efforts could make a big difference, as we occasionally found the area a bit dirty. Lastly, we appreciated the entertainment program—it was present but never intrusive. Personally, I enjoyed being able to choose whether to participate or simply relax without constant engagement. The evening shows were charming. Overall, it was a truly wonderful vacation, and I’d absolutely return. The village exudes tranquility, the staff makes you feel welcome, and the quality of the food was one of the most delightful surprises of our stay. A beautiful cave that is quite popular! As mentioned in previous reviews, it can get very crowded. Especially during peak times, it can be exhausting and not so enjoyable. But if you come early, you'll deal with only half the usual crowd. That worked well for us—no pushing, easy entry with the online ticket (and it’s even €1 cheaper), and a stunning cave. The live concert was also beautiful. It’s definitely worth experiencing at least once, though I wouldn’t go a second time. The place is clean and beautifully lit.

Yes, there are no lifts, no air conditioning, and it’s quite basic. However, we still had a fantastic week. We stayed in apartment 323 in the annexe, which was spotless when we arrived around 1:30 AM. The warm welcome we received was greatly appreciated. We rented two fans and brought two small tower fans along. Our two boys used the biggest bedroom, while my daughter and I slept on the cooler sofa beds in the living area. The location was perfect—less than a minute to the beach, which our apartment overlooked, and just a two-minute walk to the pool open daily from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Though the loungers were a bit worn, they sufficed for our needs. The menu on-site was limited, but thankfully, there are plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants to choose from. It can get noisy outside in the evenings as many bars have entertainment. However, we enjoyed listening to some fantastic musicians from the comfort of our apartment. Marga was incredibly helpful, resolving minor issues promptly. As I mentioned, it’s a basic setup, but my two young grandsons had an amazing holiday—and that’s what truly matters.

Wonderful vacation, especially for the kids who lacked nothing. We had a room with a sea view. The room was beautiful, with a lovely shower. Service was excellent everywhere. Ignacio and Francis (in the evenings) stood out in particular, providing perfect service and quickly noticing when our drinks were empty.

I spent a week at this resort with my husband and our 6-year-old daughter, and I must say we were very pleased. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the staff extremely kind. The entertainment was engaging yet never intrusive, and the evening shows were captivating, each one better than the last. The food was equally satisfying, with both available restaurants offering a wide variety of quality dishes to suit all tastes. Lastly, the nearby sea was stunning and very clean! We often visited Cala Mandia, which was an easy 10-minute walk or a hassle-free ride on the hotel’s free shuttle.

A wonderful holiday at an exceptional hotel. The Fram entertainers were incredibly energetic and delightful. The hotel was super clean, and the housekeeping staff made sure the rooms were spotless every day. The bar staff were kind and helpful, with our favorite being Jerry at the lobby bar—always smiling, pleasant, attentive, and with an amazing sense of humor. The food was delicious as well. Everything was perfect for a top-notch vacation. The only downside was that there’s nothing to do around the hotel.

We have just returned from this wonderful hotel and had an amazing experience. The animation team deserves praise for offering a variety of activities throughout the day for both kids and adults, as well as excellent evening entertainment. Our favorites were The Lion King performance and the Queen tribute act. It was a nice touch to have table service for drinks in the evening. The games room was a hit with the kids, featuring a pool table and other game machines near the entertainment area. The swimming pools are lovely, with most of our time spent at the main pool. Activities like aqua balls and magic carpet were especially enjoyable, alongside other games and entertainment. The infinity pool offers a serene setting with no noise allowed, perfect for relaxing. The water slides, splash park, and tipping bucket were also lots of fun. The token system for plastic cups at the pools is a novel idea that helps keep the place clean—I think more hotels should adopt this! There are plenty of bars scattered across the resort, making it convenient to get drinks or ice cream. Twister lollies and small tubs of ice cream are included in the all-inclusive package, while others cost a few euros. A special thank you to Redouane, who was always friendly and cheerful, stopping to chat with us at the bar or around the hotel. The food was excellent, and we mostly ate at the main restaurant due to its wider variety compared to the Italian option. Being a vegetarian, I appreciated the abundance of choices. The resort also has multiple water stations for refilling bottles, which was convenient since there was one right outside our room. We stayed in a junior suite with a breathtaking panoramic sea view. The balcony was spacious, equipped with a rack for towels, which was very handy. Traveling with two teenagers, they used the large and comfortable sofa bed in the lounge area, and we had the bedroom with a wonderfully comfy mattress and pillows—resulting in the best sleep I’ve had in ages. Although there were ants in the room, it didn't bother us. The toilet and shower in the bedroom, with see-through glass doors, made getting ready for dinner slightly tricky, but we managed. The onsite photographers were a pleasant addition, and we decided to purchase the complete package. Although a bit pricey, it was worth it for the quality and quantity of photos, and we could add more to our collection without any extra charges. The photographers were professional and never pushy. The shop/bazaar on-site sold charming souvenirs and pool inflatables, and we visited a few times. Overall, every staff member was hard-working, friendly, and welcoming. We had a fantastic holiday and can't wait to return!

We visited the resort for the first time this summer as a family with our teenage daughter. The hotel stands out from the usual setup as it's designed with "villas" or "bungalows" spread across a vast area, giving it a camping-like feel. There's a central location for reception and dining, two pool areas, two restaurants (one of which has an extra charge even with all-inclusive), paddle courts, mini-golf, a private beach (open to the public), and several snack bars scattered throughout. What really impressed us was the excellent quality and variety of food during meals—our whole family agreed it was the highlight of the stay. The rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly, leaving little treats daily. Each room provides a bottle for refilling fresh water at the plenty of fountains around the resort, which was a nice detail. As some rooms, like ours, are quite far from the reception, they have a golf cart/train system circulating the property with several stops. It can get a bit frustrating during peak hours as there may be delays or overcrowding, but overall, it worked well. The only downside was a small ant infestation in our room from the start. Attempts to get help through the app were slow, and phone contact was unsuccessful as the line seemed unavailable. We eventually bought spray from the on-site shop and managed to handle it ourselves. Aside from this issue, it was a very pleasant and highly enjoyable experience that we would recommend.

It was cleaned daily and always felt fresh. There was a dedicated children’s pool suitable for adults, a lively "rowdy" pool (which we didn’t use), and a third pool that was quieter yet welcoming for both kids and adults. This allowed guests to choose their preferred atmosphere, and for us, the tranquil pool was a real highlight. 🍽️ **Food** The food selection was truly impressive, especially the themed nights, which offered a chance to try dishes we might not ordinarily choose. Despite our late arrival at 10 p.m. on the first night, the hotel kindly kept food available for us—such a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated after a long journey. If there’s one area to tweak, I’d say the themed nights could use a slightly smaller variety of dishes while focusing more on the theme itself. There was almost too much choice! Drinks were occasionally delayed—once arriving only by dessert—but this happened just once during our stay, so it wasn’t a frequent issue. Bingo was another enjoyable activity, but the evening entertainment acts weren’t really to our taste, so we didn’t attend them after the first few nights. That was just a matter of personal preference and didn’t detract from our experience. 📍 **Location** The hotel’s location was fantastic! A cozy supermarket was just a five-minute walk away, staffed by friendly people. The beach was nearby as well, which was really convenient. The Pirate Adventure was a standout experience and a must-see for anyone looking to enjoy themselves. Additionally, there was an excursion meeting point right across from the hotel, and you could book trips—including to the Caves of Drach—directly through the hotel. 🌴 **Overall** In summary, we had an amazing two weeks at this hotel—it exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Although there were minor things that could be improved, these didn’t impact our overall experience. We would gladly stay here again and even extend the trip another two weeks! From the outstanding entertainment team and friendly staff to the delicious food, excellent pool options, thoughtful gestures, and ideal location, there was so much to love. We stayed at Iberostar for 5 days, and it was an incredible experience. The staff was extremely accommodating, friendly, and professional. The food was absolutely 5-star quality, and as a chef, I was impressed from day one to the last day of our stay. I had the chance to meet the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, and they were excellent. The menu offered something new every day, from breakfast to dinner. It's clear that a great chef relies on a great team, and the restaurant staff did an outstanding job. The staff was fantastic at all times, and the rooms were cleaned daily. The pool was perfect and never too crowded. The Balinese beds were a great addition for added comfort by the pool. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of variety. If I had to point out any downside, it would be the dinner buffet, as it felt a bit repetitive and lacked options like pizza or similar choices. Additionally, having to pay for water, as drinks were charged separately, was a minor drawback. Despite these small details, I would definitely return.

We were very happy with our stay; the setting is stunning. The hotel is clean, the staff is very kind, and most importantly, the entertainers were exceptional. They gave us amazing shows; we were absolutely captivated thanks to them.

We stayed for a week on an All-Inclusive plan. · **Breakfast**: Very diverse with both savory and sweet options (there’s a station where they prepare pancakes and omelets on the spot). The only area for improvement would be the coffee/cappuccino machine. · **Lunch and Dinner**: We always found something tasty to eat. Lifesaver for us was the plain pasta station, which you could garnish yourself, perfect for those hesitant about trying new foods. There was also a station for freshly made pizza, meat, and fish. The paella was consistently delicious. Desserts and ice cream were excellent. · **Cocktails**: A wide selection included in the All-Inclusive package. You can either enjoy them on-site or take them away. The water refill stations on alternating floors and at the reception were super convenient. The Sky Bar was absolutely stunning. · **Rooms**: We stayed in Room 222, which had a sea view. It was charming but a bit small for two adults and a child (the foldable crib was very handy). The rooms were always clean, and the staff was very courteous. The beach is beautiful and literally a few steps from the hotel. The pool is small but very nice! It’s also a great base for exploring the island. A bus stop is conveniently located near the hotel next to the pharmacy (pro tip: buy bus tickets with a card directly on the bus because paying with cash is about 40% more expensive). Highly recommended hotel!

We’ve just returned from a wonderful week—2 adults and 2 kids aged 5 and 8. The room was excellent, fresh, clean, and included a sofa bed for the kids. It suited them perfectly, though it was quite small. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, which was delicious and offered a huge variety to suit everyone. Going early at 6:00 to the buffet restaurant was much quieter, and we definitely preferred that. The entertainment was fantastic, although it was a bit later than ideal for us since the kids were often exhausted by then. The pools were amazing—clean and lovely. The walk to the beach was gorgeous, adding to the charm of the place. The hotel staff were delightful, though explanations at check-in could be clearer. For example, as half-board guests, we needed tokens from reception for drinks by the pool, and we weren’t initially informed that we could use any restaurant for half board. These were minor issues, though, and overall, we really appreciated the helpful web app during our stay. In the end, we had such an amazing, fun, relaxing, and enjoyable time here. The area is truly beautiful, and we wholeheartedly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, especially for families! 🥰 The food is excellent, fresh, and incredibly varied. Breakfast, in particular, amazed us—everything you could wish for in the morning is available, with many items freshly baked, leaving no desires unfulfilled. The dining areas are also well-air-conditioned, which is a great relief during hot temperatures. All day by the pool, there are small snacks and ice cream available. 🍦 The pools themselves are pleasant and not overcrowded, even in peak season. As with most places, if you want a specific spot, you’ll need to get up early. 😉 The two beautiful coves are easily accessible, but you should be prepared for many stairs and partly uneven paths. However, for convenience, there’s a shuttle service operating from 10 AM to 2 PM and 3 PM to 6 PM to both beaches. The main building is modern, very clean, and stylishly designed. A big highlight, however, is the outstanding entertainment and childcare. We’ve visited many hotels, but never one that offered children such an exciting and varied vacation experience. ❤️ The kids had an amazing time! We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel, particularly for families with children. Thank you for the fantastic holiday! ☀️🌴

Everyone we've met has been genuinely friendly, welcoming, attentive, and eager to assist. Their warmth never feels forced or rehearsed—you simply feel genuinely cared for. We even had an issue with our reservation that could have been unpleasant, but Blau handled it masterfully. The matter was addressed, reconsidered, and ultimately resolved in an incredibly fair and generous way, with the price difference fully refunded to us as a voucher. The way both the Reservations team and the on-site staff managed this situation was particularly noteworthy, as they were professional, understanding, efficient, and truly committed to ensuring we left satisfied. They even made all the practical arrangements seamless. This is customer service at its finest. As for the resort itself, having traveled extensively and stayed in various hotels and resorts, I can confidently say Blau Punta Reina scores a perfect 10 for maintenance, cleanliness, and aesthetic appeal. The property is immaculate, with sparkling clean spaces and exceptionally well-maintained grounds. The lawns are perfectly manicured, trees and bushes precisely shaped, gardens are pristine, and pathways are spotless. There are moments where you stop to take it all in and wonder if a better location is even possible. The facilities are equally outstanding. With three restaurants, several bars, snack bars, three swimming pools, a gym, a spa, and virtually everything you could need, the resort caters to every whim during your stay. Adding to the peace of mind, there's a 24/7 onsite medical emergency team, which is reassuring and quite rare. What sets Blau Punta Reina apart, however, is its ability to combine all these elements effortlessly. The breathtaking location, pristine grounds, excellent facilities, spotless cleanliness, welcoming atmosphere, and, most importantly, the incredible team of people working here all converge to deliver a truly unforgettable experience. An excellent stay at this hotel. Everything is in place for an unforgettable vacation in Majorca—entertainment, dining, cleanliness, and excursions. As a regular club-goer, I must give special praise to Blau Punta Reina for its evening entertainment, which is varied and never repeats, even if you stay for two weeks—a rare and remarkable experience for me. Nearby, there are stunning, easily accessible coves just a 10-minute walk away, featuring white sand and turquoise waters. The only downside is the pools being a bit small given the large size of the hotel (2000 guests), but the nearby beaches more than make up for it. All in all, an unforgettable trip with my son.

We just spent 5 nights here with my husband and our two kids, aged 7 and 13, and honestly, we can’t fault this hotel! The hotel was incredible — the food was delicious, the pools were fantastic, the entertainment was great, and there was always something fun for the kids. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, with a wonderful atmosphere throughout our stay. We also took part in the family photo shoot during our visit, which was such a fun experience! The photographer made it so enjoyable for everyone, and the photos turned out amazing. It’s a lovely keepsake to bring home with us. The solar eclipse party was undoubtedly a highlight! The atmosphere was electrifying, and we had an incredible view of the eclipse. It’s a memory we’ll cherish forever and made our holiday even more special. 🌑✨ The only minor note is about the sunbeds — to get one near the pool, you do need to be up around 6:30 am. This was our fourth stay at Hotel Ankaa, and it truly seems to improve each time. The hotel becomes more polished with every visit while maintaining the relaxed and friendly vibe that initially drew us back. What continues to amaze us is how they keep introducing new features. We were already aware of the free yoga and pilates classes, but they’ve now added aqua gym, zumba, and light fitness options too. They’ve also increased the themed dinner-and-show nights from two to three per week, all included in the half board, and honestly, all three were fantastic. The cleanliness, excellent food, and exceptional staff—always warm, attentive, and ready to assist—remain as impressive as ever. One small suggestion for first-time visitors would be to provide more details about the rooftop. Having enjoyed it during our previous stays, we know how beautiful this area is, but it would be unfortunate for newcomers to miss out. Already counting down to visit number five!
