This is Okazaki Castle in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture. Okazaki Castle is very famous as the castle where Tokugawa Ieyasu was born. It has also been selected as one of Japan's 100 most famous castles. I went there by car, but it gets crowded on weekends so you may not be able to park. Also, there is currently construction going on and you cannot enter the castle.
