Arashiyama Monkey Park Iwatayama
I went to Monkey Park Iwatayama in Arashiyama.
In mid-June, there were many baby monkeys being held by their mothers and sucking milk.
You can't interact with the monkeys directly, but there is a place where you can feed them for 300 yen!
In Arashiyama Monkey Park, there is a fenced-in room where you can buy food for 300 yen (you can choose between apples or peanuts).
If you go in front of the monkeys, they will put out their hands, so if you give them food, they will eat it.
While they are eating, you can observe the babies drinking milk, which is a happy time.
The top of the mountain offers a great view of the Kyoto cityscape, but it is a light climb to the top.
Do your best to meet the cute monkeys!
