Surprising Thai food - Flavorful volcano pork ribs
Surprising Thai cuisine ~ delicious volcano ribs
After watching a movie in Langham Place, Mong Kok, we were looking for something to eat. As soon as we left the cinema, we saw this Bamboo Thai. We like Thai food, so let's try it.
Fresh Grapefruit Shrimp Salad $72
Their grapefruit shrimp salad tastes very special, usually other restaurants eat is sweet and sour, it even has a salty taste, should have dropped some soy sauce it seasoned, some salty some sweet some sour, the taste is quite special how well.
Golden shrimp cake $75
A plate of four pieces, the freshly fried shrimp cake is particularly crispy, but I guess its name says golden, referring to the color, we mistook it for salted egg yolk 🥰 because the shrimp cake has no salted egg yolk flavor 😝
Thai Flying Sky Pass $68
Every time I eat Thai food, I always order it. The just fried through cabbage is especially delicious, full of savory and delicious🥰
Coconut Chicken Soup $62
I had coconut chicken soup at another Thai restaurant a few days ago and thought it was delicious, so I tried this one again. The coconut chicken soup was quite clear and sweet with a little sour and spicy, the taste was particularly appetizing, but the chicken was not very tender. Overall however not lost.
Volcano ribs $118
We were attracted by the appearance of the menu, so we asked you to try it. I didn't expect such a big portion, and I couldn't eat it all and had to take it home 🥰 The next day I slowly sipped.
The volcano ribs are tender, the sauce is a little sour and spicy, very tasty and refreshing.
However, it was unexpected that this volcano ribs were to be eaten with our hands, but the restaurant had prepared gloves for us to use, which was courteous enough. 🥰
