A clean business hotel! Best Western Hotel Fino Tokyo Akihabara!
[Trip.com Hotel Experience]
This time, I experienced the Trip.com Hotel Experience at Best Western Hotel Fino Tokyo Akihabara, which is run by Trip.com, so I would like to introduce it to you!
Best Western Hotels & Resorts is the world's largest hotel chain, with headquarters in Arizona, USA, and operates more than 4,200 hotels in 110 countries and regions around the world. In Japan, there are 23 hotels nationwide, including group hotels.
The Best Western Hotel Fino Tokyo Akihabara, where I stayed this time, seems to be operated as a hotel specializing in accommodation, but it is differentiated from other business hotels, casual hotels, and high-end business hotels, and I was very satisfied with my stay.
The four points that I particularly liked about this stay were:
・Cleanliness of the hotel
・Welcome drink
・All-you-can-drink popular manga
・Breakfast buffet
This hotel opened on October 1, 2018!
It has only been four years since it opened, so the hotel was very clean! In addition, disinfectant was installed in the building, air purifiers were installed in the rooms, and partitions were installed at each table in the restaurant, so the infection prevention measures against the new coronavirus were solid.
The interior of the room is a modern Western-style room with a wood grain motif, and the interior is calming.
One of the challenges that cannot be overcome in a cheap business hotel is the small size of the room.
However, the rooms at this hotel are all clean, including the bathroom, and the interior has a modern wood grain finish, so you can relax without feeling the small size of the room!
In the lobby, you can drink mineral water and coffee as many times as you like as a welcome drink during your stay!
This hotel was frequented by many foreign tourists, and when they checked out, they filled their own water bottles with mineral water before leaving the hotel!
Another service that I found interesting was the unlimited reading of all the manga I wanted during my stay, which is a service that manga lovers will love!
Hotel guests can borrow manga from the lobby and read them in their rooms! The manga on display included many popular titles, such as:
One Piece
Jujutsu Kaisen
SPY×FAMILY
Attack on Titan
Tokyo Revengers
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba
The Promised Neverland
Haikyu!!
Assassination Classroom
HUNTER×HUNTER
This time, I chose a plan that included breakfast, so I had breakfast!
For me, breakfast is one of the things I look forward to when staying in a hotel!
By the way, breakfast at this hotel was half-buffet style!
You can choose from three main egg dishes:
Eggs Benedict
Scrambled eggs
Dashimaki egg
This time, I had the scrambled eggs! In fact, I had thought to myself, "They'll be served right away because they've prepared it in advance," but in fact, it was the opposite. It seemed to be made after the order was placed, and the eggs were fluffy and warm, and the asparagus that came with it was crunchy, and the taste was comparable to that of a luxury hotel!
The staff said that the number of dishes was not very large due to space issues because it was a business hotel, but in fact, there was all-you-can-eat sausages, bacon, fried chicken, grilled fish, salad, yogurt, granola, corn flakes, etc., and drinks such as water, orange juice, tomato juice, milk, and oolong tea were all-you-can-drink, making it a luxurious breakfast that was more than enough for a business hotel breakfast!
This was my first stay at the Best Western Hotel Fino Tokyo Akihabara through Trip.com Hotel Experience, and I found that the overall service was worth more than the sales price!
