Actually, this trip to Taichung was just for relaxation, without any specific places in mind to visit. We just searched on Google after arriving there. We specifically chose accommodation near Fengjia Night Market for convenience in finding food, which is about a 15-minute walk away. However, staying in this area has a downside. I later found out that the places or attractions I wanted to visit were all on the other side of the city, and this accommodation is not close to the MRT, so we opted to take Uber. Day 1: Went to Fengjia Night Market in the evening to find something to eat. There are two large supermarkets nearby, which is convenient for me when the weather is too hot to go out. Day 2: Visited the Taichung Art Museum, which is worth a visit. Day 3: Went to Anime Lane, which was nice but smaller than I expected. Day 4: Visited Taichung Train Station and walked around two nearby night markets, which felt smaller in scale compared to Fengjia. The duck rice and braised pork rice were delicious. I found a slightly sweet one near the accommodation, which was nice, but the operating hours were too short, making it inconvenient.
