The filling includes shredded wood ear mushrooms, giving it a rich and layered texture. The stuffing is generous, making it both filling and delicious. Tofu The tofu has that traditional firm texture with a strong soybean aroma. After being cooked in the satay broth, it absorbs the flavor and is coated with crushed peanuts.
