Gyeonghwa Station, famous for its cherry blossoms, is a simple railway station located in Jinhae District, Changwon City, Gyeongsangnam-do. Since 2006, it has no longer undertaken the task of transporting passengers. Gyeonghwa Station is located between Seongjusa Station and Jinhae Station. The cherry blossom road formed by cherry trees on both sides of the railway has become a famous place for shooting cherry blossoms together with Anmin Mountain and Jinhae Yusacheon Bridge. When the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, tourists can walk freely along the railway, and the petals scattered on the train as the cherry blossoms fall, present a dreamy and romantic landscape. As the filming location of the movie "The Boy Who Went to Heaven" and the TV series "Waltz in Spring", there is a cherry blossom road by the railway that extends for about 800 meters to Shihe Girls' High School. Compared with Yu Zuochuan, it is more relaxed here. Enjoy viewing cherry blossoms, popular with lovers and families alike. Every year when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, many tourists come to visit. Since 2009, the cherry blossom festival bus will temporarily transport tourists during the military port festival. In order to facilitate tourists' sightseeing, convenience facilities such as toilets have also been added here. While Cherry blossoms absolutely cover the small city of Jinhae, there are three spots in particular that will leave you with your jaw on the ground. Feel free to wander the streets, but always try to be walking towards one of these spots. They are all quite a ways from each other, and taxis in this area are quite hard to come by, so be prepared for lots of walking if you plan on hitting all of them! There is also a 'Yeojwacheon Romance Bridge' nearby. After getting off the bus, we bought return tickets first and then took a taxi (about 15 minutes) to Qinghe Station. Before noon on Friday, Qinghe Station was already packed with people, everyone was rushing to take photos with the train, and when the wind blew, it was like a shower of cherry blossoms. Afterwards, we went to Yuzuchuan to enjoy the cherry blossoms. I recommend strawberry milk🍓 Half of the bottle is strawberry pulp, and the bottom layer is strawberry sauce. It tastes good and goes well with the pink cherry blossom trees!
