Khao Ngu Stone Park, a tourist attraction near Bangkok
🌲🐍 Hello, today I will take you to take some chill photos in Ratchaburi Province because it is not far from Bangkok. That place is Khao Ngu Stone Park.
Khao Ngu Stone Park is located in Ko Plap Phla Subdistrict, Mueang District, Ratchaburi Province. It used to be an important source of blasting and crushing rocks in Thailand since the early Rattanakosin period because it is good quality cement. Later, both the government and the public saw the deterioration of the landscape and the scenery. In addition, Khao Ngu is an old religious site. Therefore, the concession for blasting and crushing rocks in this area was cancelled. After the concession was cancelled, Khao Ngu became an abandoned mine and was in a dilapidated state. Ratchaburi Province therefore developed Khao Ngu into a public park and tourist attraction.
