| Avoid the crowd on weekends, Jujiaosha is so cost-effective.
My inland friend came to Shenzhen for the weekend, I took her to Jujiaosha, the legendary 'ceiling' of Shenzhen's beaches, and won a 'wow' from my inland friend.
Stepping on the soft white sand in January, seeing such a glass sea, it's really worth it to have a flash of Sanya in summer!
Address: Jujiaosha Beach, Nanao
Transportation: Take bus E11 from the city to Dapeng, then transfer to public transportation or take a taxi to (I directly hitched a ride, it cost over $100 for two people, and it took 1.5 hours, which is quite cost-effective)

I thought the photos of Jutiao Sand were edited until I visited and found the sea really glassy. The water is clear, you can see the little fish playing, the beach is white, and the sea and sky are blue.
The picture is real, without any filter‼‼
There are many people visiting in the afternoon, so I chose to go in the morning when there are few people. The photo effect is very beautiful, but the sand is a bit rough.
You can locate the Laihua Hotel in Jutiao Sand, and you can reach the beach directly through the hotel lobby🏖. The hotel provides parking spaces, but the price is relatively high. If you don't stay in the hotel, there are other entrances to enter, the beach is shared.
Address: Jutiao Sand, Shenzhen
Transportation: You can drive or take a bus
Cost: The beach is open for free
There may be traffic jams when visiting Jutiao Sand on weekends or in the afternoon, so it is advisable to travel rationally!! If you want to visit, you must go as early as possible.
Shenzhen Jiediaosha is a great place to see the sea! This is just too awesome
Transportation🚇: You can drive or take the bus, I took the subway and then the bus. Pay attention to the M274 bus, the last bus is around 19:45. Get off at Jiediaosha bus stop and navigate to the New Sports Marine Sports Center, it's just over a hundred meters away.
-
Check-in spot📷: It is recommended to turn left after going downhill and stroll and snap pictures along the way. Along the path, there are beaches, coconut groves, pavilions, lounge chairs, tents, etc., and if you walk all the way to the end, you'll see the 'Sea Oath Mountain Alliance' rocks. You can take some photos there, and I even climbed up on the rocks. If you wait a bit, you might also capture the scene of the water gently lapping against the rocks, although I didn't wait for that haha.

Tickets🎫: No admission fee, no reservation needed.

Returning from Yangmeikeng without seeing the sea... 🤔🤔
Yangmeikeng is nestled between mountains and sea, with water so clear it's nearly transparent, and is home to Shenzhen's best quality sea. Not only does it have beaches, but the rocky shores are also unparalleled.
You can play in the water up close or gaze into the distance, climb mountains or go sea foraging. How to enjoy a two-day, one-night trip? Follow this guide and avoid detours
Day1: Lu Zui Mountain Villa
It's recommended to arrive at Yangmeikeng before 11 am to avoid traffic jams that could disrupt your day's schedule. Upon arrival, head straight to the 'Yangmeikeng Bridge' speedboat boarding point to purchase your ticket, with one-way fares ranging from 20-30 yuan (negotiable).
Lu Zui Mountain Villa attractions include:
The mermaid photo shoot location,
Climbing the Big Goose Peak, beach swimming and water activities, and sea foraging on the rocky shore.
For those with energy to spare, be sure to walk up the mountain trail. The higher you go, the more beautiful the scenery becomes. The No. 3 viewing platform offers the best view, with a broad vista that overlooks Lu Zui Mountain Villa, a must-visit spot for tourists.
The rocky shore is also unique, unlike any other place. The sea is transparent and clean, with small fish clearly visible in the water, and the rocks are home to shellfish and oysters. Bring some tools and you could dig all day.
The beach here is not large, but the water is clean and the sand is fine.
Food and drink prices in the villa are high, so it's advisable to bring enough water and food.
⚠️ For the return trip, consider taking the scenic area sightseeing bus, priced at 13.8 yuan per person. Along the way, you can enjoy different landscapes. The last return speedboat departs at 18:00, so be careful not to miss it.
Day2: Wave Riding Mini Train
👉 Ju Diao Sha Beach
The Wave Riding Mini Train is an attraction offered by the Wave Riding Hotel.
The mini train travels on a sea path, taking you deep into the heart of the ocean, surrounded by the boundless sea, a breathtaking sight! It's also a must-visit for tourists, with tickets priced at 50 yuan per person.
Ju Diao Sha Beach is Shenzhen's famous 'Glass Sea'
With clear water, white sand, and coconut palm shadows, it's a perfect spot for photography when the weather is good, and the beach ecology is excellent.
🚗 Transportation: Self-driving, if you're traveling on holidays, you need to book your passage in advance with 'Shenzhen Traffic Police'.
Traffic jams are severe during holidays. If the navigation directs you to the Yangmeikeng parking lot, expect a 30-60 minute traffic jam for the last 900 meters as usual.
It's recommended to park near Ju Diao Sha, where there are two parking lots, and then take an electric car in.
How to take an electric car? There are three ways:
There are many speedboat ticket scalpers at Ju Diao Sha, buy a ticket from them and let them take you in by bike;

The glass sea at Jiediaosha is really too beautiful, aside from being a bit sunny, I simply don't want to leave, it's truly the most beautiful white sand beach in Shenzhen!

🔵A few minutes' drive nearby, you can reach 'Luzui Mountain Villa', 'Yangmeikeng', and 'Natural Pool', and it's also close to 'Dongchong' and 'Astronomical Observatory', if you have enough time you can plan to play for an extra day or two~

In Shenzhen! Netizens didn't lie to me! Yogan Bay is really beautiful!!
I finally made it to the Yogan Bay beach with its jelly-like sea!
The beach is actually inside a hotel and you can enter for free without staying, which is so cool~
The beach is not very big, and the sand grains are coarser compared to those at Jiediao Beach.
But the sea is really clear, comparable to Southeast Asia.
At sunset, you can see the entire sea line from here.
You can also hike up the hillside on the left.
It has a more rustic forest feel, with a sense of adventure.
Check-in spots:
Beach: There are installations for check-in, and the water is clear for swimming.
Corner No. 8: At the stone church on the right side of the beach entrance: You can see it from the main entrance on the left, it's beautiful.
Swing: Inside an abandoned house on the hillside, sitting here watching the sunset is amazing (but there are quite a few mosquitoes).
Sunset: You can see the sunset in the direction of the hillside, it's really, really beautiful!
How to get there?
I recommend driving or taking a hitchhiked ride/taxi, as the bus doesn't go directly there and it's quite remote.
About non-staying parking!
Just park on the sunny side of the road, then walk down the slope to the beach.
On weekends and holidays, there are too many people, so I suggest going early, otherwise, you'll have to park far away,
and walking back up to get the car can be tiring! Yogan Bay Resort
This magnificent seascape would be so romantic with a girlfriend

3. The beach is well-equipped with facilities, including public toilets for changing clothes. In addition, it is backed by Qiniang Mountain, with star-rated hotels nearby, making it a great weekend getaway.

The crescent-shaped beach is so beautiful with particularly fine sand, which the locals call 'Silver Beach' | Juediao Sand
Juediao Sand Juediao Sand
Located in Nan'ao Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, surrounded by green mountains on three sides, it is one of the most beautiful beaches in Shenzhen. The beach is large, crescent-shaped, about 1000 meters long and approximately 50 meters wide. The sand here is particularly fine and white, which is why the locals have named this beach 'Silver Beach'.
The warmth and romance that pervade the beach are unparalleled by other beaches. The beach area is not very wide, but it has white, silver-like fine sand, dazzling blue water, and next to the beach is a cluster of tall and lush trees with an unusual name, Casuarina. The source of the warmth and romance comes from the couples fluttering about on Juediao Sand beach. Strolling along the beach, whispering secrets; barbecuing in the woods, with the sound of waves hitting the shore. The water here is clear and gentle, like a skilled magician changing its color gradually with the line of sight. When the tide floods the beach, the colors become even more distinct: the water is white at the shore, turns light blue about 50 meters off the shore, then becomes dark blue, and finally a deep azure. Long ago, people said: 'Juediao Sand is the best beach in Shenzhen, the best place for swimming and camping, a must-visit place!! !

Jiediao Sand in Shenzhen: The urban version of the Maldives, the ceiling of the beach has been found!
I declare: The ceiling of the beach in Shenzhen has been found, the glass sea is really amazing
❤Recommended reason:
Jiediao Sand is known as the unmissable beach paradise in Shenzhen, with its tempting jelly sea and soft sandy beaches. Against the backdrop of blue skies and white clouds, the water is as clear and transparent as glass, and there are relatively few tourists. The whole scenery is as beautiful as a comic, making you feel as if you are in the Maldives. The blue waters in front of you are romantic and comfortable, making it a great place for city dwellers to relax. Even sitting on the beach and daydreaming feels very pleasant, and you can also look into detailed parking strategies and secretly plan a bit. Of course, remember to choose good weather when you go out and invite five friends to vacation together!
🚉Transportation strategy:
You can take the E11 bus to the Xinda community, then transfer to the M274 bus to Jiediao Sand station. If you are driving, there are several parking options: The first is to navigate to the free parking lot on the left at the intersection of 'Jiediao Sand Laihua Hotel'; the second is to navigate to 'Jiediao Sand Ground Parking Lot', which is across from the hotel and leads to the beach, with a fee starting at 15 yuan and capped at 50 yuan per day; the third is to navigate to 'Jiediao Sand Laihua Hotel', where there is a dedicated parking lot with higher fees, 40 yuan per hour, capped at 120 yuan per day. It is not recommended to park on the roadside, as traffic police are always issuing tickets.
📍Ticket strategy
The good news is that the beach is free, no reservation is needed, but be sure to remember to go through the hotel, taking the wrong entrance will lead to a lot of detours, and we walked a lot of unjust roads like this.
The beach is open for picnics, photography, and swimming. The sand is fine and suitable for taking children to play with sand and water. In addition, there are many sea projects where you can take a boat out to sea for snorkeling and other water activities. The beach is crescent-shaped, about 1 kilometer long, and is known as one of the best beaches in Shenzhen, with fine white sand and clear and clean water, very suitable for vacationing. And it is backed by Qiniang Mountain, with star-rated hotels nearby, making it a great place for weekend getaways. Be sure to choose good weather to go and experience the particularly blue water.
Additionally, there is a seaside train nearby that you can ride, touring along the coastline, making you feel as if you are in the world of Miyazaki's anime. There are also some attractions nearby, such as Yangmeikeng, Natural Pools, Luzui Mountain Villa, the filming location of 'The Mermaid', and some popular restaurants.
📝Note tips:
1. Weekends and holidays are more crowded, and traffic can be congested, so it is recommended to go early and return early.
2. On weekends and holidays, entering Dapeng requires a vehicle pass to be reserved one day in advance on 'Shenzhen Traffic Police'.
3. Nearby restaurants are quite expensive, so it is recommended to bring your own food.
Prepare the following equipment: sunscreen, sun hat, mineral water, picnic mat, sunglasses, power bank, change of clothes, itch relief medicine, mosquito repellent spray, umbrella, small fan, snacks, and you can also bring your own self-heating pot, etc., to make your beach trip even more perfect!

This is a grand meeting.
When it's time to say goodbye, it's also time to plan an unforgettable finale.
It's on the beach at sunset,
Feeling the waves that sweep in with the back of your feet,
It's on the coastal road,
Riding an electric scooter, singing against the wind,
It's sitting together on a midsummer night,
Enjoying exquisite food, leisurely chatting.
Jiaochangwei Beach🌫
It's about a 3-minute walk from the B&B to Jiaochangwei Beach, where a few yachts float on the azure sea, and the fine sand underfoot, with the sea breeze carrying a salty wet scent, lets you feel the vibrant life force of nature.
Strolling through the ancient city and visiting temples🏯
Cross a road to get to Dapeng Fortress, a military fortress for coastal defense during the Ming and Qing dynasties, with a rich historical heritage. The Ming and Qing generals' mansions and city towers that remain are worth a visit, and there are local specialty restaurants inside, offering delicious and affordable food that is not greasy. Dongshan Temple, very close to the ancient city, has a grand architecture and is bustling with visitors, and entering it naturally relaxes the body and mind.
Checking in at movie locations📷
Luzui Mountain Villa is the filming location for Stephen Chow's movie 'The Mermaid'. Standing on the seaside plank road and looking at the cliff caves, you can more directly feel the wondrous work of nature, and any casual snapshot is a masterpiece.
Offbeat Glass Sea🌊
Juediao Sha Beach in Shenzhen is worth a visit, where the clear water is a rare glass sea, with fine sand. Walking barefoot on the beach, with the sea breeze, you will find traces of romance.

Summer is the perfect time for kids to visit Jiediao Island's beach!!!
✅ Must Experience:
Visiting the sandy beach of Jiediao, the dazzling beauty is intoxicating, a paradise for kids!!!
The glassy seascape of Jiediao Sand is so beautiful that, despite the sun, I simply can't bear to leave. The reputation of Shenzhen's most beautiful white sand beach is well-deserved!
If you go on a weekday, there are very few people, and there's no traffic congestion at all. Under the sunlight, the sea water is clear and transparent, just like jelly, stepping on the soft sand, listening to the sound of the waves, taking a deep breath of the sea air, this moment is filled with comfort and joy, all worries vanish!
❤ Recommended Reason:
The entire seaside is an excellent place for taking photos, with a blue track and curve nearby for shooting. At sunset, the glittering sea is exceptionally beautiful. Nearby, there's Luzui Mountain Villa and Yangmeikeng natural pool, and it's also close to Dongchong and the observatory. If you have enough time, you can plan to stay for an extra day or two.
The waves can sometimes be a bit strong, so if you like to wade, it's recommended to wear shorts or a slightly longer skirt. There are restaurants and hotels here, as well as many water entertainment facilities, and free rinsing places are provided, but the sanitary condition of the toilets is rather poor.
📝 Note
After 10 a.m., the weather starts to get very hot, try to come in the afternoon, you can see the sunrise, and although you can't see the sunset, the twilight is also very beautiful. Be sure to pay attention to sun protection, as prolonged exposure to the sun can easily lead to sunburn and heatstroke.
On weekends and holidays, the flow of people increases, which can cause traffic congestion, so it's recommended to choose a weekday to visit, when it's more comfortable to play with fewer people. The weather is very important for a beach visit, be sure to choose a sunny day to come.
Tickets: No tickets required, no reservation needed.
