Hat Yai Accommodation|Khok Samet Chun Hostel & Caffe'
I went to Hat Yai in October and stayed at the Kosamechun Guesthouse.
I thought it was pretty nice, so I wanted to share the pros and cons with everyone. 🌸
But first, since it's a guesthouse, the restrooms are shared. There's one on each floor. We were lucky enough to be the only family staying there, so we didn't have to worry about that.
In addition to the restroom, the refrigerator is also shared. This can be a bit inconvenient, as it's often packed.
But I have to say, the location is fantastic. Convenience stores (BigC, 7-Eleven) are just a three-minute walk away. Lee Garden and Kim Yong Market are also a ten-minute walk away.
The only downside was the mediocre service from the front desk staff. They were often hard to find and unfriendly. I asked a lot of questions, but they couldn't answer me, perhaps because they didn't speak English well.
Since we had a family room on the highest floor, the Wi-Fi kept failing, and the staff ignored us.
