Frozen tofu pudding (thin, sweet) $11 Frozen tofu pudding is one of the signature desserts of Gonghe Bean Products Factory. It has a dense and smooth texture with a strong bean flavor, and the addition of brown sugar adds another taste. It is definitely the best choice for cooling off in summer. The fried tofu is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The fish tofu is fried until the outer layer is golden and crispy, while the inside remains soft and tender. Every bite is full of fish flavor. As for the golden tofu, I thought it was just average, but my friends liked it very much. The fish meat had a hint of tangerine peel which was very distinctive. Price per person: $39/2, less than $20 HKD per person on average. Kung Wo Beancurd factory has been in Sham Shui Po since 1960. The old school stores sell various soy products, which had remained popular throughout the years, it is also known as the king of tofu pudding. I had ordered a cold beancurd pudding and a mix of deep fried tofu and beancurd skin. You need to add the sugar on your beancurd, and the sauce on the tofu.

Must visit if you are a lover of soya bean drinks and soybean curd. Eat like the locals with red sugar on top or simply enjoy plain on its own. This has the best soft texture I have ever tasted. They also sell pan fried stuff beancurds in the shops and are popular with both locals and tourists. We also bought a bottle of their fermented beancurds sauce that goes best with white porridge. Once you enter the Gonghe Bean Factory, you will see a piece of tofu intertwined with the rolling oil.
