Opposite is the Joy City, and a few steps away is Joy City INTOWN, offering a wide variety of dining options. The entire building was just recently completed, and the interior facilities are very new. There were many guests during check-in, but the waiting time was not too long. The rooms are located on the 20th floor and above, and the room size is similar to that of a typical hotel. The balcony offers an unobstructed high-altitude view. The bed linens and towels are very new. The only downside is that the bathroom does not have a separate wet and dry area.

Accommodation is located in Futian District, about 4 minutes walk from Gangxia Station or 8 minutes walk from Convention and Exhibition Center Station. It is very close to Royal Court Plaza. I visited Shenzhen from 21-27 Nov 2024. This is the actual picture of the apartment, it is not a hotel as its owner described in Trip.com + owner needs to update on the Exit C closure for now until further notice. I was made to go around to Exit D by the mrt customer service unhelpful young fella. Another young unhelpful guy at the A2 block check-in counter at Langhua Apartment complex who had not been able to help me with an iPhone charger after my travel converter malfunctioned in the evening. A girl at A1 check-in loaned me her own iPhone charger to save my phone from zero battery until the next morning. It is pretty convenient to the mrt station and food easily accessible nearby.

The place is neat and clean. The location is convenient, close to the subway station, and it is very convenient to go to other places. There are several large shopping malls opposite, providing shopping and dining. The room was clean, the staff was polite and responded quickly.

Hotels in Shenzhen Futian give people the impression that they may be more expensive because there are too many Hong Kong people concentrated here, and there are popular shopping malls everywhere, so it always feels that it is not easy to find a hotel in Futian area. This time I stayed in three bedrooms, two living rooms, two toilets, a terrace, a kitchen, washing machine, cooking stove, refrigerator, oven. Each room has a desk and wardrobe, and the design is different, the mattress is comfortable, at least you won't sleep until you hurt your back. Location is near the Excellent Center, once you get down there is food and things to do, there is a taxi stop downstairs, takeaway and you can go directly to the door of the room, air conditioning is very plentiful. It was my first time staying at Langhua Audio and Video Hotel. The front desk was warm and courteous. The location is very close to Gangxia subway station, and it is very convenient for food, shopping and entertainment nearby. The hotel rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are separated into dry and wet areas. The room is clean and tidy, and is equipped with a washing machine and refrigerator for guests to use, which is very considerate. The family members were very satisfied with their stay and said they would come again next time.
