Arthur's Café is located in Liberty, a long-established department store in London. You can have afternoon tea in the evening after touring the tourist attractions. I entered the cafe at 6pm, but it seems it's open until 6pm. No reservations are required. There's no dress code, so you can just come in and relax. I had tea, sandwiches, scones, and dessert. However, the tea was a tea bag, which was a bit disappointing. The scones came with clotted cream. It was my first time trying it, and it was quite sweet. The dessert was even sweeter, which made me want to drink more tea. You can ask for extra hot water. I think it was 24 pounds... #afternoontea ##liberty

After finishing the DPI, they even asked the staff next to them to check it out, and that's why I thought Liberty was so beautiful. It felt like seeing an exhibition. If you go during the Christmas season, you can see Liberty's own Christmas tree that goes really well with the red trees. The creaking sound of the trees when you walk was also fun and nice.
