You can reach it by taking bus 165 from Zurich city center, but it’s recommended to book tickets online in advance to avoid the disappointment of sold-out time slots. Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a massive chocolate fountain—how captivating! The guided tour covers everything from cocoa bean cultivation to production, as well as the history of Swiss chocolate. Of course, the most popular part of the tour is the chocolate tasting, which is a favorite among kids. If you couldn’t book a guided tour, you can still visit the shop. You can learn about the history of Lindt and the chocolates at your own pace through an audio guide (which can be in a range of languages) and the best part is the non-stop chocolate tasting There are white, milk, and dark chocolate fountains that you can taste to your heart's content. The final part of the tour is where you can grab a free sample of each flavour. After your tour ends,there is a suprise where you can scan your ticket to receive another free chocolate. There's also the gift shop with wall to wall chocolate and cafe with seating area perfect to end the whole tour. Highly recommended for chocolate lovers!

They provided unlimited chocolate, but at some point, my sugar level spiked! I couldn't eat any more. I think I ate all the chocolate I could eat for the year.
