Here are some must-try dishes: 🍳 Eggs Benedict with Smoked Beef Brisket -- This is a Liquid Laundry signature dish and a staple of American brunch. The brisket was tender and moist with just the right amount of flavor. This dish is only available on the weekend. 🥞 Lox Potato Pancake -- At first you might wonder if they forgot the pancake, which comes hidden under a sizable portion of delicious lox topped with pickle garnish, an egg, and dollop of caviar. The potato pancake struck the right balance between crunchy outside and tender inside. This dish is also only available on the weekend. 🥗 Fancy Nicoise Salad -- The salad is a mix of greens and other vegetables and served with seared tuna in a lemon tarragon-Dijon dressing.
