We had a fabulous time at Minzhu Cultural Street in Lianyungang. I couldn't search for Minzhulu on the Didi ride app and later realized you pick it up as Minzhu Tourism Street. The vendors offer traditional antiques, so you really need to spend some time searching as you never know what keepsake you can find. There are a few eateries one or two bars, I can imagine it is quite vibey at night.
