This is the National Asia Culture Center located in the downtown area of ​​Gwangju! I'd like to introduce you to the Gwangju National Asia Culture Center, which made me feel like I was traveling in a picture frame! It's connected to the Culture Center Station on the subway, so it's easy to get around, and it's located between the downtown areas of Chungjang-ro and Dongmyeong-dong, so it's a really great place to stop by! I've been visiting every time a new exhibition was being held since 2021, and it's a really great place to visit with your lover or family. ㅎㅎ The exhibitions are really diverse and the scale is quite large, so it's really fun to see! In particular, the 'Immersive Aesthetics' exhibition that I uploaded the photos of is the most wonderful and eye- and ear-pleasing exhibition I've ever seen at the National Asia Culture Center, so I really hope you go! I felt that it was as grand as the Arte Museum, and I couldn't help but exclaim "Wow~ Wow~" because the modern Asian art pieces were displayed in an interesting way. ㅎㅎ It's free to visit and admission is free, so it's perfect for escaping the heat in hot summers like these! There is also a cafe inside the National Asia Culture Center, so it is a perfect indoor date spot🤍 Almost all exhibitions are held at the Cultural Creation Center, and it is closed every Monday, and the opening hours are (Tue-Sun) 10:00 ~ 18:00, (Wed-Sat) 10:00 ~ 20:00 ! Gwangju is not a well-known city for Thai people. We had the chance to go here because of work. It is the city that impressed us the most (at the moment) ^^ This time we went to work which was a show for children. It was held at ACC, short for Asian Culture Center. This place is very new and spacious. There are 5-7 buildings in total. I am not sure. Each building is divided into different types. Let's start with the first building where we work. It is a children's activity building. This building has 4-5 floors. There is a playground floor, a theater for children and families, a library for children. There were many parents bringing their children. It was loud and lively ^^ And there is a building that is a museum. It talks about the culture of each region. For example, Peranakan, we knew it from walking here for the first time. There is a small movie room that tells the story of women in Central Asia. It is a movie from Pakistan. There is a show of various items from different cultures. There is a digital library that is really amazing. It collects all the information. You can type it to find information. It is not like searching from the internet because every information has a reference. It has reliable sources. It is suitable for students who are doing research. There are still many buildings that I haven't been to yet. Because time is limited. It's good that this kind of thing is not only in the capital. People who do not live in Seoul have the opportunity to use it. All of ACC has both free and paid times. The organization is driven by the government budget. Let me tell you a little bit. Before coming to Korea this time, we watched the movie The Taxi Driver, which tells the story of the protests before the change of government in Korea. Yes, that movie is here, Gwangju.
