Stay in a luxury hotel in the heart of Times Square, New York
🏨 We stayed at the Marriott Marquis in downtown New York, the hotel at 1535 Broadway is right next to Times Square and the location is perfect. 🚖We came from JFK Airport. First of all, I would like to remind everyone to take a yellow taxi, otherwise you may be ripped off! 💸
✈️ There are many subway stations around the hotel, and multiple subway lines can be reached within a few minutes' walk, which is very suitable for travelers who want to travel around. Nearby attractions include Fifth Avenue Shopping Center, Radio City Music Hall, Rockefeller Center, etc., which are all within walking distance. 🏙️Of course, the Broadway Theater District is just around the corner, so those who love watching theater are simply blessed! 🎭
🏢 The decoration style of Marriott Marquis is very modern and stylish, and the six restaurants and lounges can meet your different tastes and needs. Check in was a bit busy but the staff were efficient. The guest rooms and suites are spacious and bright, especially the rooms on the upper floors, which offer a night view of the entire Times Square, which is super stunning! 🌃 The elevator is very fast, but it may be a bit confusing at first, but you will get used to it.
🛏️ In terms of room experience, whether it is a single room or a superior suite, there are extra-large and comfortable beds, and teenagers can sleep soundly until dawn. The room was well equipped but the bathroom was a bit disappointing compared to the luxury of the whole hotel, some stains on the wall need improvement. The turndown service was excellent, with every little detail taken care of. 💤
🌆 Recommended places around the hotel: Central Park, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Broadway Theater, Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, etc. After dinner, you can go to Broadway to watch a play, or go to the observation deck of the Empire State Building to overlook the night view of New York. There are also many good restaurants nearby, such as Petite Boucherie, Olio E Più, etc., where both French and Italian cuisine are excellent. 🍝
❗ On the downside, some parts of the hotel are dated, especially the bathrooms and some of the rooms need updating. In addition, the waiting time for the elevator is a bit long during peak hours, but these minor flaws do not affect the overall experience. The location and service of this hotel make it worth every penny. 👌
In general, if you come to New York, the Marriott Marquis is definitely a good choice, whether it is for tourism or business, you will not be disappointed. 👍
