Ngon restaurant has space that was designed to bring the image of the Southern rural market, and inside the restaurant they has several rooms with different themes, music, lighting etc. I recommend you to come to this restaurant when you are visiting Saigon and try their signature menu! the food here was so good. Initially, I was a bit reluctant to try ngon. Because now I have over dozen trips to saigon under my belt. Vast food experience. And vietnam in general is a place where your dollar can stretch a long way. So, it doesn't make much sense for me to pay for some restaurants interior, couple of pictures etc. But then came a few occasions like i got invited or even this time my friends decided to go there so I tagged along. It's a beautiful restaurant. This place has a great atmosphere with semi-private tables and great decor. There are semi-private rooms that are open to other dining rooms within the restaurant. There are upstairs dining rooms if you prefer. The decor is kinda European, Asian, and middle eastern all mixed in. You will see lots of bright colors and a variety of furniture are decorated in the restaurant. There are lots of plants and a pond on the first floor. I do wish it could be air conditioned as fans don't work for every ocassion and it can get humid. In terms of taste and pricing. The experience can be improved if prices were reduced or taste was worked upon. #hochiminhcity If you are looking for a nice Vietnamese restaurant with food choices, Ngon Restaurant could be for you. The menu is mostly focusing on Vietnamese cuisines in different areas, but also they have a Chinese + Thai menu & a vegetarian menu as a bonus. The food is delicious. The restaurant is well-decorated & usually full of people at night, so it will take some time (5 - 15 mins) to wait for a table or if possible, book a table in advance. I have eaten many times at this restaurant & I would say it's worth a try 🥰
