I visited Ichihara Inari Shrine in Aichi Prefecture. Ichihara Inari Shrine is located near Kame Castle. It is said that Mizuno Tadamasa, who built Kame Castle, was once enshrined inside the castle. It is also a shrine with a legend of a "god by the sea" in which a white fox that lived on an island came onto land carrying the deity in its mouth.
