WE DECIDED TO STAY AT THIS 4 STAR HOTEL WHICH IS ONLY 20 MINUTES FROM THE AIRPORT. THE HOTEL STAFF DID A FAST SERVICE DOING OUR CHECK IN SINCE OUR FLIGHT WAS DELAYED. Super love the aesthetics of their red theme suite, perfect for a romantic getaway. Awesome view @ level 15-17 of Orchard, just in time to see all the xmas lightings right from our room. Suite has a mini kitchen, cook, microwave, perfect for lazy people like me. Access to their VIP club lounge all day till 10pm, free flow of everything. 2 free laundry wash and of course i have to rave about their breakfast. From Japanese cuisine, Nasi Lemak, Waffles with all sauces, Soba noodle, Bah Kut Teh and a whole load more. (Mind you, this is purely breakfast.) Love it. Oh, and they even have a TV right infront of the bathtub. Heavenly….. It is definitely worth the price. It is always good to have a staycation in the heart of town, as one can go shopping during the stay and everything and everywhere is accessible. That is the reason why I chose to have a staycation at Ochard Hotel, which was right smack within orchard road. The hotel exterior and hotel lobby may look dated but we had a smooth check in and customer service was excellent. I have booked the family room, especially when I have kids, and it was big and spacious. The room was also decoarted with balloons since it's my son's birthday. A tipee tent was set up for the kids to play. The toilet had a bathtub which the kids loved soaking themselves in. Besides that, we had a fun time at the pool and playing big size chess there. Breakfast spread was amazing as it is a buffet style with tons of food choice for both the adults and kids. The hotel also went great length to surprise my son with a birthday cake and a handwritten card. We love orchard hotel and will be back again. #celebratewithtrip

Orchard Hotel has two wings, Orchard wing and claymore wing. The Premier rooms are in the claymore wing. Was assigned this room but eventually did not stay in this room as the room is too near the lifts and was very noisy. Could hear the sound of the lifts once every few mins. Do take note that rooms ending 30 or 31 are closest to the lifts so do try to avoid them. Was eventually reassigned to room 748 after I requested for a change in room. even number rooms faced the pool. Room itself was relatively big at 35 sq metres. King sized bed was very comfortable. No pillow menu though and pillows were a little too soft. 4 pillows provided . Tv was a 40 inch Samsung tv and table was just in front of the tv and there are ports including av and hdmi ports there. Next to the bed was a single seater sofa and a small round table. One other thing to note is that there are no additional plugs bedside so if you intend to charge your devices by the bedside, will have to remove the bedside lamp socket to charge your devices. Room comes with 4 sachets of Raffles Lighthouse teabags (British Breakfast, Moroccan Peppermint, Uji Sencha and Yunnan Pu Er), as well as instant Nescafe coffee sachets. 2 bottles of water provided too. Nothing in the mini fridge. Another thing to take note is that sound insulation is not the best. Could hear the toddler crying in a nearby room early in the morning. Toilet was compact. Separate shower and bathtub which was very appreciated. Bathtub was on the Low side but big enough. Water pressure was good and water heated up fast enough. All in all a decent stay in 4 star hotel in Orchard Road. Worth it for the price paid. #staycation

Had a surprise birthday staycation. Deco all done up by my friends. Room was spacious, clean and modern. Connecting room was available with a twin and king. Will not hesitate to be back here.

My husband and I really enjoyed all the dishes we ordered as the quality is really quite good. The most impressive dish in my opinion was the Wagyu beef fried rice. There was an added kick with the chilli but thank goodness it wasn’t too hot. Just enough to elevate the otherwise uniformly tasting rice. Service was good but we could tell that they were shorthanded. The newly designed grand deluxe room at the orchard hotel is equipped with a 50 inch television, a deep soaking bathtub, together with a separate standing shower and rainwater shower. There is also a long sofa at the side of the room. Various international channels to view from. The hotel does have 2 wings. One for the grand deluxe room and one for the premier room. The grand deluxe 28m2 is a more modern luxurious newly renovated room. While the premier 35m2 room has a bigger bathroom space. The location is near Shaw orchard. A 10 minute walk brings you to orchard MRT station. Free parking for in-house guests. Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am. #muststay

I actually prefer the ambience towards the back of the restaurant as there is a high ceiling and a lot more natural light. They also serve full lunch and dinner buffets with a wide variety. I thought the food here was so-so only and didn’t particularly enjoy it. It wasn’t bad but just average so do manage expectations when dining here. During covid 19 pandemic, we were not able to travel abroad and celebrate christmas with families. Instead, we arrange staycation with to cheer us up and oh boy, Orchard Hotel christmas decoration is really stunning! The main lobby was decorated with a big bright christmas tree, reindeers, even a big ginger bread house! It really boost up our Christmas joy! The rooms is quite spacious and the bathroom come with a bathtub. For the swimming pool, we need to book a specific timeslot to use the swimming pool during the covid 19 pandemic. However, we managed to book 2 timeslot as it was still available on our preferred time. My hubby and son even managed to play the “giant chess” next to the swimming pool. What a fun time! After swimming, we enjoyed our afternoon tea at The Orchard Cafe. They served a sweet and savory dishes with selection of coffee and tea. Even though it was not set up as high tea, we quite enjoyed our tea time. The staff is quite nice and even made hot choco for my son! In the night, we stroll around and had our dinner around Orchard Rd. You can easily reach Ion, Wheelock and Shaw by 5-7 minutes walking from the hotel. The booking also come with complimentary breakfast where we can order varieties of continental or oriental breakfast. Our staying in Orchard Hotel really exceed our expectation as it comes in an affordable price and complimentary late check out at 4pm. Booked a 3D2N package with breakfast provided at an affordable price thanks to a recent promotion by Sister Trip!! We had a wide variety of food and beverage options to choose from and it was delicious. The room was shown exactly like the photos and it was quite spacious and clean! The was comfortable, the room was renovated and quite new, there was also a decent bathtub for you go to soak in! The staff were friendly and professional which played a part in ensuring my partner and i had an enjoyable stay. Staff processed my check in really fast which was really appreciated because that meant more time in the room! Its rooms come with a very affordable price tag even though its location is so prime. However, I believe that also explains why the rooms aren’t the most comfortable ones around. Our initial room stank of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The bathrooms were also terribly outdated but thankfully still functional. It’s a sufficiently good hotel if you’re not planning to stay in the room often, otherwise you might want to fork out a bit more for someplace nicer. Price per Person - $120 Rating - 8/10 Nice average hotel close to orchard, first impressions when entering lobby was pretty well renovated and designed. There are plenty of restaurants and food to try in the hotel itself. The room was rather average with about a 3-meter walk in with toilet on the side. Staff is very nice, attentive and professional, thanks to them we felt like home here. Rooms (Grand deluce w/ queen bed) are big enough and room cleaning service works very well. Awesome deals brought me to Orchard Hotel, I got it at $50/night without breakfast during promotions. Orchard hotel has a great jacuzzi at their pool and I was glad to be able to use it before they close it during Heightened Alert. They also have a big chess set at the pool area. The views from Orchard Hotel’s pool are great, you can get to see parts of the Orchard road skyline. The deepest end of the pool is 1.5m and the shallow area is 0.25m (if I didn't remember wrongly) which is a great area for the kids to play. Be like me, ask for a room with a pool view. You can thank me by liking my trip moments.

Had gotten a chance to stay here as they were offering up to 50% off direct rates for healthcare workers previously. Got the Premier room with an additional bed and breakfast for the third pax, which was really worth it with the 50% for the additional pax too ☺ Room was clean and still had alot of space to move about even with the extra bed 👍 Staff was kind enough to let me checkout at 12pm instead of 11am, and she took the initiative to inform us that the extra bed will come in half hour, which is way better than not informing us and giving us unpleasant surprises. The housekeeper who set up the bed was efficient and provided us the amenities for the third pax too 💯 The late night shift staff were really friendly who helped me to open up the gym doors without a hint of reluctance or tiredness despite being quite late into the night Breakfast was decent; the Indian cuisine was the best of them all, with curry that has the kick from the spice and matches well with the not too oily prata and vadai. Swimming pool has the life sized chess set which reminds me of the one at Pan Pacific, and has the jacuzzi at the side to relax as well. One of the hotels that has exceeded my expectations in my opinion!

Hopped across from Hilton to this. Never had any really inspiring stays from the Millennium Group and this was sadly no different. Decent enough room but service was anything but, unfortunately magnified by me falling sick during the stay. Property reached out to offer service recovery thereafter but damage been been done. Trip.com will says that there will be complimentary late check out at 4pm but they when check with frint desk they will claim there is no late check out at all. therefore even u check in late at 8pm also u wont be able to get the complimentary late check out. so never hope for late check out ya. as they always say check on the day itself for late check out. they wont arrange for u anything. The swimming pool slot starts from 8am and last slot for booking is 7pm. The pool itself is big and spacious so enough to swim laps if you like. There isn’t a specific kids pool though so do bring along floats if needed, the shallower end is probably around 1m. Good to visit if you are there for a #staycation The jacuzzi is also quite big but it is closed for the moment. It is a good #staycation choice as it is within walking distance to all the malls, so an easy stroll takes you to especially Isetan, Tangs, Takashimaya etc and also nearby all the good food places, but yet away from the huge crowds. The hotel is newly renovated and the club room looks very modern, the bedroom and washroom are very spacious as well and there is also a bathtub, also it is slightly shallow if you sit up but if you lie down completely it is just nice. My 35sqm room is a Premier King which boasts a huge bathroom which has both a standing shower and a bathtub. The pool is reasonably-sized and easy to book. Highlights - buffet breakfast is served at Orchard Cafe from 6.30-10.30am, you can opt to dine in or takeaway, we opted for the former. We did not manage to try Hua Ting as my husband did not bring any long pants and shoes and he refused to loan theirs. Fortunately, there were lots of dining options and we ended up at Tung Lok restaurant at Orchard Rendevous hotel located just across the street. If you wish to get some snacks or beer for the night, fret not, there is a Cold storage supermarket conveniently located at the building next to the hotel that opens until 9.30pm. On our second night, we were lazy and decided to order food delivery for dinner, there is a designated point for collection, it is very convenient to order in. Avg. Price per Person - $50 Rating - i would give a 7/10 given how value for money it is.

Slightly older than those millennium boutique hotels, however generally quite well preserved. Comfortable king size bed with fluffy pillows, warm reading lights and minimalist table, in contrast with a vintage faucet attached to a beautiful bath tub and separate shower room, you will simply feel the room is so enjoyable. High rised view allows you to witness the magnificent of sunset and the beauty of this concrete jungle. Created by master architect Norman Foster, the hotel has transformed two 19th-century antique buildings into “Colonial Style Through the Theater Set”. White columns with shutters, the whole Downton Abbey feel comes out, in 2008 was officially certified as an antique, wearing a vintage dress to take pictures, taking pictures. Entering, it's like breaking into a zoo. Peacocks walk on the catwalk at the door every day🦚, and when you look up, you can see all kinds of rare birds, surrounded by green hillside rooms. You really need to bring a "Encyclopedia of Species" with you. The renovated room is even more top-notch, private pool and open-air bathtub, post friends circle powerful to burst; Hermes-grade Pratesi mattress, once you sleep down, do not want to get up; bath water uses noble Aesop; then playing Bose audio jazz, instantly transformed into Gatsby. In terms of restaurants, the chef of the Italian restaurant seems to have moved the whole of Rome over. The taste of the Cantonese restaurant is super authentic, and the salted egg yolk sky at Sunset Bar at 18:17 is great with wine. The location is also super convenient, close to everywhere. There is also courteous service, Chinese front desk, airport transfer and everything. In short, this hotel must try, collect it now! 💕
