Breakfast buffet at Regal Hongkong Hotel
#hotel buffet #foodie
Restaurant: Royal Garden Cafe
Address: 1/F, Regal Hongkong Hotel, 88 Yee Wo Street, Causeway Bay
Environment: The restaurant is decorated in a European style, but a bit outdated.
The food was placed in the center, colorfully, and from memory, it included the following:
Western: frozen ham, sausage, bacon, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, omelette, beans in tomato sauce, hash browns, cheese, bread, muffins, cereals, oatmeal, cheese, salad and fruit, etc.
Chinese: Fried noodles, porridge, beef siu mai, pork siu mai, lotus seed paste buns, barbecued pork buns, etc.
The noodle stalls have various ingredients (fish balls, beef balls, vegetables, etc.), and the noodles include rice noodles and rice vermicelli.
I got the western food first, which was a typical western breakfast. In terms of taste, it is delicious.
After that we had Chinese food. There were quite a few types of dim sum and they looked good. The fried noodles were pretty tasty, soft and chewy.
I also ordered a bowl of instant rice noodles in soup, which was delicious and had a wide variety of food ingredients.
Finally, I want to praise the chocolate muffin, which has a rich flavor, and the beef horn is plump and soft with a strong butter flavor.
All in all, the breakfast buffet experience was average.
