Sabx2 Wanton Mee Can Now Be Found At Soi Petchaburi 15 I was heartbroken when i couldnt find , Sabx2 Wanton Mee, But fret not Because apparently, they are not closing their restaurant permanently. They have shifted Phew !! As usual, the new place is super busy with long queue. I queued for an hour but was definitely worth the queue! The Wanton mee is still as great, the fragrance from the pork lard infuse into the noodle best to go for the dry Wanton mee. The Wanton, cha siew and crab meat is lovely!! wasn't able to try the braised pork as it was sold out. Rating 4.8 out of 5

After 3 years of lock down.. the pork knuckle rice & wanton mee is still the same.. same old taste & smell.. only difference is they move to Soi 15 instead of the original place at Soi 19. these time they took up the corner shop & easily spot from far away. Sabx2 is one of Bangkok’s most famous street food serving a scrumptious bowl of wanton noodles filled with generous servings of wanton and pork lard. Long queues used to be a frequent sight with many tourist desperate to taste the famous wanton noodles. Recently, I got the chance to head back to Bangkok and Sabx2 wanton noodles was one of the street food I had to eat again to reminisce the good old memories I had the last time I was in Bangkok. With high expectations, I took my first bite and was bitterly disappointed with the taste of the wanton noodles. The taste was average and what was once a must try in Bangkok is no longer up to the standard it once was. Hopefully this will change in the future. #bangkok #wantonnoodle
