[Autumn leaves and Jizo statues are too cute!] Kyoto's Shisendo Temple is recommended for autumn outings
#0yentravelautumn
Hello! It's Mayan ☀️Today I'd like to introduce "Shisen-do", which I recommend for autumn🍁This temple, with its cute combination of Jizo statues and autumn leaves, is located in Sakyo Ward, Kyoto City, and is the former mountain villa of Jozan Ishikawa, a writer from the early Edo period! It's even been designated as a national historic site. Currently, it is a temple of the Soto sect and is also called Jozanji Temple. You can enjoy the autumn leaves at your leisure, so it is perfect for an autumn outing. The Jizo statue is quite small, so try to find it carefully.
