Must visit place if you are on trip to Langkawi. Visitor can enjoy the buggy ride which informative staf is friendly and guideed you through. The best time to visit is in fruit seoson. Entrance fee Rm10 is included tram services. Tram will stop at few place and we can do some activities as eating seosoning fruit, feeding fish and so on. Located at the base of Gunung Raya Reserve Forest, Mardi Agro Technology Park is a fruit and vegetable farm spread over 35 hectares of park-like, well-manicured grounds. It is a great place to see how fruits and vegetables are growing in this area. Visitors will have a chance to see gardens full of exotic fruits, such as durian, rambutan, pineapple, mango, jackfruit, etc., more than 20 kinds of fruits in total. Tourists can visit this place as a bus tour accompanied by a guide or can also come by taxi or bike. The entrance fee is little. I had a great experience with nature at Agrotechnology Park MARDI Langkawi. Entrance fee was RM15 each Malaysian adult and RM8 for each child. Took the buggy ride and toured around the park. Along tbe way, we saw different plants like pomelo trees, mango trees, durian trees and flowers loke sunflower, lilies and hibiscus. Our team also planted a tree, a "miracle tree" which the fruit apparently makes sour things taste sweet! We also went for a hike through the forest with amazing views. Thereafter, we reached the Mirror Lake and fed some fish there. Some also went for a Flying Fox adventure. It's RM30 each adult and RM20 each child. After the activities under the sun, we were serve with a fruit buffet, filled with all kinds of local fruits like papaya, watermelon, starfruit, jackfruit and mango. What a wonderful way to end the trip.
