Apple Market 🇬🇧
#londontrip
As part of the much larger Covent Garden market, Apple’s marketplace focuses more on arts, crafts, and antiques. The market is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (shorter Sundays), and the market consists of several small terraces, each focusing on the crafts of individual artists: jewelry, gloves, hats, jokes, period pieces, antiques, etc.
Browsing the stalls is so much fun, if you like this kind of thing. If you don’t, go to other areas of Covent Park to enjoy food, drinks, ice cream, clothes, shoes, etc. The place is crowded, with hundreds of people walking around, and it’s also noisy, so keep an eye on your steps as well as your wallet!
I went to the Apple Marketplace and found many things...
There's a gentleman who paints the beautiful Paddington bears and Winnie the Poo :) I got a nice Paddington drawing. There is a little bit of everything =)
This is a great indoor market inside Covent Garden. Don’t be discouraged by the rows of tourist objects along the perimeter. Go inside and explore this vast market. It's full of clothes, leather goods and almost everything else.... Except apples of course We found some beautiful antique metal paintings for the home bar, as well as a variety of pocketbooks and other leather goods. It’s worth browsing when you’re at Covent Garden. And the sellers there are all very friendly.
