Tokyo famously have very long buildings which you can observe all Tokyo that are the top three Skytree, Tokyo tower, and Tokyo Metropolitan government building. I think Tokyo Metropolitan government building observations decks has one advantage, it is free comparing to other buildings, specifically traveling on a budget.
