Because I live nearby, my first stop was to take a stroll in Wangcheng Park. This place used to be the site of the Eastern Zhou Dynasty's royal city, and now it is a public park. During the flower season, it is a great place to see peonies, with an entrance fee during the blooming period and free entry at other times. Walking around the garden, the peony garden is quite well planned, but since it's not the right season, only green plants can be seen. Towards the back, there are many Lycoris radiata (spider lilies) in bloom, which look quite nice when clustered together. The park has many functions. During the peony blooming period, it is mainly for flower viewing. In the northwest, there is a zoo with an entrance fee of 20 yuan. The eastern part is an amusement park area with many rides that require separate tickets. Along the central axis, you can see an aquarium, making it a comprehensive recreational park. The park is open for free visits (with an entrance fee during the blooming period). It follows a model of a public park + peony garden + zoo + amusement park. There isn't much to see outside the blooming period, but it's a nice place to visit if you're passing by.

Wangcheng Park is located in the center of Luoyang City, named after its location on the site of the Eastern Zhou Dynasty royal city, and is a nationally famous comprehensive relic park. The park is divided into four major scenic areas: the peony viewing area, the historical and cultural area, the large amusement area, and the zoo. The hidden zoo in Wangcheng Park is super large, with many animals such as Northeast Tigers, South China Tigers, leopards, camels, giraffes, and more. Surprisingly, there are tigers and the king of the forest, lions. Around five o'clock, there is also a sea lion performance, with the cute little sea lions twisting on stage, and you can even see peacocks spreading their tails together, with white and green peacocks opening their tails in a spectacular scene! 3️⃣ Amusement Park There is a large Ferris wheel in operation, as well as bumper cars, swing chairs, pirate ships, and drop towers among other amusement facilities.
