For the Xiangshan climbing route, please refer to the official illustration. From left to right, there are the South Line, Middle Line, and North Line, which are interconnected.
South Line: Front Slope and Rear Steps: East Gate - Shuangqing Villa (Red Route) - Laiqingxuan (Red Route) - Xiangshan Temple (including Mountain Street, Middle Temple, and Back Garden, the exit is the restroom) - Yuxiang Pavilion - Sen Yuhu (from here, there are steps, which can only accommodate two people, one up and one down, and it's steep) - Xianglu Peak
Middle Line: Mainly Slopes: East Gate - Qinzheng Hall - Zhiyuanzhai - Yuzhu Tower - Yuhua Temple - Xiangwu Cave - Yutai Gate - Xianglu Peak
North Line: 2,200 Steps: North Gate - Glasses Lake - Xianglu Peak (this route is also the cable car route, but the cable car is currently under maintenance, so you can only walk.)
Must-see:
Shuangqing Villa and Laiqingxuan: I believe we have all learned the story of "going to Beijing for the imperial examination". They first came to Xiangshan when they went to Beijing, and then went to the sea.
Xiangshan Temple: Don't miss from the front street to the back garden. The buildings are very spectacular, especially the back garden. Since you are here, you must climb up. It is very open and very photogenic.
Biyun Temple is a paid attraction near the North Gate. You can go there if you have time.
Reminder:
Wear comfortable sneakers and try to wear long pants.
You must arrange the restroom. There are many in the first half, control the water in the later journey, and there are only two restrooms in the later journey, one of which needs to be detoured. A little reminder: there is paper in the restroom, which is good.
If you have a trekking pole, bring it with you. If you don't have one, please choose the route according to your physical strength or buy one at the foot of the mountain. Don't damage the trees on the mountain!
You must do muscle relaxation after going down the mountain.
