It’s been six years since my last home visit to Queensland and Victoria Australia this time was no different except it was so much better see family eating food that wasn’t available elsewhere and most importantly the weather was perfect. I highly recommend Queensland as well as the Vietnam market in Victoria, both of which are out of this world yet somewhat super original.

#9月好去处2024 Recently, I went to Pho Hung Vuong Saigon in Melbourne's Vietnam Town with my friends and tasted authentic Vietnamese food. The overall experience was very satisfactory. We ordered Pho and Lao Mengfen, both dishes show the essence of Vietnamese cuisine. The soup base of Pho is very rich, with the natural freshness of the bones, paired with tender beef and refreshing rice noodles, every bite is full of fragrance. The Lao Mengfen has a refreshing taste, the lemon noodles are soft and elastic, the ingredients are rich, and there is a slightly sour fish sauce, which makes the whole dish more balanced. Whether it is the freshness of the ingredients or the layering of the seasoning, Pho Hung Vuong Saigon makes me feel the authentic Vietnamese flavor.
