The ultimate sticky treat! Brown sugar filling oozes from the holes, sprinkled with osmanthus and sesame, 3 yuan each, eat hot but be careful not to burn your mouth~

Tips
✅ Dacheng Island is windy! Bring a windproof jacket and hat. Wear bright clothes for photos at Jiawu Rock; the light is softest at dusk~
✅ Wear sports shoes at Shenxianju! Ruyi Bridge is a glass plank road, don’t look down if afraid of heights. Nantian Peak has a separate fee (99 yuan), buy tickets in advance if you want to go~
✅ Guoqing Temple at Tiantai Mountain is free! But don’t take photos facing the Buddha statues. Vegetarian meals are served at 11 am and 5 pm, don’t miss out~
✅ Eat seaweed cakes on Ziyang Street while hot! They harden when cold. Don’t buy too many egg white lamb tail pastries, one for two people is just right~
✅ Buy live Sanmen blue crabs! Check if the legs move, don’t buy ones with tied strings. You can bargain at the market, don’t get scammed~
🌈 The beauty of Taizhou is hidden in the folds of mountains and sea, in the smoke and fire of ancient villages, and in the sticky sweetness~ 🍡
