Location: The hotel is not far from the train station, but walking with large luggage can be a bit challenging due to an uphill path. Taking the tram for just two stops is a more convenient option. During my stay, there was construction next to the hotel, so I had to cross the street to walk on the other side. Cleanliness: The hotel is clean, and housekeeping provided daily room cleaning and fresh towels. Service: Staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. I was able to leave my luggage in the storage room before check-in time without any issue. Facilities: There’s hot water available for instant noodles and wooden cutlery provided, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was tasty, though the selection was limited — it would be even better with a salad bar.

Good location, only 20 minutes walking from the main train station and 9 minutes in public transport with several options to travel around the city. They allow you to use their microwave and kitchenware if you bring your own food. Breakfast does not worth for the price you paid. Highly recommended if you are coming to Zurich for few days.

Close to Zurich airport. There is a market and cafe nearby. room cleaning was nice. There was no hot water heater and coffee or tea in the rooms. If you want to buy it from the coffee machine in the lobby, the price is around 4 Euros. We liked it overall.

This is a lovely hotel with a convenient location—just 20 minutes from Zurich Airport. It's close to the ICB and a bus stop, making travel easy. The food is exceptional, and the atmosphere is clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Very near the bus 768 that goes to airport and nearby tram / train line, hence convenien. Located in a quiet town The room was not very clean and aircon was weak. They did provide a free mini bar with 3 drinks.

Our first time staying here. There's a free hotel shuttle from ZRH Airport. Outside from Arrival 2 to the left side and the shuttle bus was on the middle curb. From hotel to ZRH Airport, they charge CHF10 per pax. Room was small but we enjoyed our stay. Ironing facilities & hair dryer provided. It's 8 mins walking distance to Rùmlang train station.

As the name suggests the hotel is Central to many food options, Zurich HB (200m) and shopping. We loved the stroll around the city at night and liked that there was a supermarket just across the road. We stayed in both a Junior Suite and Double Bedroom as we had to extend our stay. Junior Suite is extremely spacious with a full lounge and desk separate from the bedroom. The look of the rooms are a bit dated but clean and well maintained. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful which made our stay delightful.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it a good option for those traveling by car. It offers excellent value for money, and the rooms are quite spacious and modern. There's a Swiss restaurant on the ground floor; I ordered steak, which was both expensive and unappetizing, so I definitely wouldn't recommend it. Parking at the hotel costs 25 Swiss Francs, and breakfast was just average.

Excellent location just a 3-minute walk from the main train station and close to the shopping street. The room with a clean, spacious, and beautifully designed room that’s well-lit, plus great-smelling toiletries, convenient amenities like wireless charging. The hotel nearby have COOP supermarket and McDonald's. The hotel even has a cinema on the first floor with daily 8 PM showings. Overall a 5-star stay, though the hallway carpet should use vacuum to clean up.

I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Zürich. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for a relaxing trip. The bed was especially cozy and provided a great night's sleep. Initially, the pillow wasn’t quite to my liking, but after requesting a change, the new one was excellent and made all the difference. One highlight was the bathtub, which was a pleasant surprise and great for unwinding after a long day. The location is convenient — just a 15-minute tram ride to Zurich city centre, with the tram station only 5 minutes away on foot. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in and service smooth and efficient. Overall, a very pleasant experience with great value for comfort, location, and service. I would definitely recommend it for both business and leisure stays.
