I went here on June 1st The hotel is quite difficult to find as it has two gates, one behind the gas station the other from a narrow road. The hotel is spacious but the toilet was so dirty 😵💫😵💫

I was 3 nights at Cordela Hotel, 2 single bed room non smoking. My experience with the staffs at hotel are absolutely amazing, from the security, front desk, restaurant staff. They are very polite and professional when having conversation with them or questioning any help or concern. They are very helpful and always welcoming anyone to stay at their hotel. The facilities i would say perfect for the price i paid and feels like stay at 4 star Hotel. If you are a smoker you can request smoking room which is also clean or you can relax at first floor with nice view towards main street and it is 24/7 open to seat there. The foods are also vary and they have very nice food with affordable price. My favourite snack is called pisang goreng, i love it. Oh yeah…there is a lot more place to chill out and hunting some more foods around the hotel location, just by walk. I will definitely come back again for few more days this week before travel to Jakarta. And hope will come back again to Cordela after Jakarta trip. Thank you for the nice service and facilities, really appreciate that, CORDELA HOTEL. Edmundo

The wifi connection is not good and only last 5 minutes even the technician came to visit. the connection on off and really not as 4 star hotel. And the parking lot, its not easy to go in and out and its space only limited especially for high season, when you are in, and u wont go out as no parking space left haha.. Overall its good hotel for staycation.

Kampung Sumber Alam Garut
4.6/523 Reviews
The place emulates a village built on water. It was fun. The pool was good and big. The fishing experience was fun, even though we did not manage to get any fish. But the attendant was very attentive and helped us to catch some. Everyone gets grilled or fried fish. Nobody mentioned this in the review column. This was a very nice touch to our stay. I really love this hotel. Will come back if we visit Garut.

Mercure Bandung Nexa Supratman

I booked for 2 nights and arrived around 4 PM. The check in process was smooth. After that i took a nap and woke up at 6 PMby the noise of people chatting from the room besides me. Turns out it was their TV noise and clearly heard in my room. I straigth up called the front office and waited, no one came. 5 mins later i called again and no one came. I stormed out to the front office because clearly no one cares met with the security. Instead of apologizing he said that he just about to checked. I was really upset and only after that they aware and tried to handled my situation. Finally after long discourse i moved to another room and promised to be moved to bigger room the next day since that night it was a full booked night. Moved to the new room, but it was a twin bed room merged into one (i reluctantly agreed, because my wife already said ok). Next day moved to bigger room, i believe it was the suite found out in the morning that the sheet was no clean (picture 1). To top it off, the room accoustic was as bad as normal room. I stayed in the furthest room of the corridor, but they open the corridor window and let the road noise got in the building. I woke up by the noise of parking attendant whistle (the loud one). Their suite has bathtub, but the hot water only warm. So when you want to take a long relaxing bath, the water became cold really quickly. My wife was asking for a shower cap, again i had to called twice to get it. Their service was really slow. I was too tired to complaint again, so better just pack my things and checked out from the hotel. If you looking a place to relax and get a good rest, find another hotel.
