Staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Quzhou is an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by its perfect combination of luxury and comfort. The high-ceiling space design, exquisite decoration details, and the warm and thoughtful service of the staff instantly make people feel at home. The front desk lady Tracy not only checked in efficiently, but also gave delicious chocolate cookies. This surprise swept away the fatigue of the journey. The guest room exceeded expectations. The spacious space of 40 square meters is matched with soft and skin-friendly bedding, and the bathroom design with dry and wet separation is matched. The toiletries are fragrant and the shower water is sufficient. When taking a bath, you can enjoy the city scenery of Quzhou or the garden scenery of the hotel through the large windows. It is an excellent experience to relax your body and mind. The mattress is moderately soft and hard. You can sleep well all night until you wake up naturally. When you wake up in the morning, you can enjoy a rich breakfast in the executive lounge, with all kinds of Chinese and Western dishes.

Excellent 8-Night Stay – Great Location and Service We stayed at Shangri-La Yiwu for 8 nights, coming from Romania, and had a wonderful experience overall. Our room had a beautiful view of the river, which made the stay even more relaxing after long days of work. The location is ideal — just a short drive from the Yiwu International Trade Center, making it perfect for business travelers. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the service throughout our stay was consistently professional and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of both Western and Asian options, fresh ingredients, and great coffee. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, and all the staff we interacted with were polite and helpful. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Yiwu, especially for business purposes.

The hotel is well located, with a quiet environment and convenient transportation. The surrounding business district is also well developed. The front desk staff are very conscientious and responsible. When I checked in on the same day, there were some minor issues with the room, but the front desk dealt with them immediately and very efficiently. The cleaning ladies are also very warm and attentive. They clean very thoroughly and greet you with a smile, which makes you feel very good. Room service is delivered by robots, which is very convenient. Overall, the experience is very good. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. I recommend it to friends who need it for reference!

Hyatt Place Hangzhou International Airport is exceptionally well-located, directly connected to Hangzhou Airport—just a short walk from the terminals. It’s perfect for travelers in transit or those heading into the city, as the metro station is easily accessible from the airport itself. There’s a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel, making snacks and essentials easy to grab anytime, and just a short walk away are various restaurants around the airport. The room was impressively spacious and well-designed, featuring a large, soft bed, modern amenities, and a clean, smoke-free environment. The atmosphere was peaceful, offering a relaxing stay with large windows providing great views of the airport. The bathroom was spacious and elegantly designed. Although I didn’t get to try the breakfast due to a short layover, the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely choose to stay here again—convenience, comfort, and quality all in one place. I had a wonderful experience with the front desk staff at Haoyi Hotel. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help. They were attentive, professional, and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Whether it was helping with check-in, giving clear directions, or answering my questions with patience, their hospitality truly stood out. They made me feel welcome not just as a guest, but as someone they genuinely cared about. I’m very impressed by their courtesy and efficiency, and I’d like to sincerely thank the front desk team for creating such a pleasant atmosphere. Their service made my stay at Haoyi Hotel all the more enjoyable, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is located directly next to exit D2 of Fengqi station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. On the first night, I had an issue with the shower hose and didn't sleep well due to a hard mattress and old pillows. I communicated with a translation app and a staff member was quick to solve this situation the following day by upgrading me to a more comfortable room and really thankful for their effort and quick response. Breakfast is on the 12th floor starting from 6:30 am and everything is freshly made with lots of choices. Longxiangqiao station area is a very vibrant and colourful spot which is worth a visit at night. From Ding'an road station, you can walk about 15 mins for a free visit at the Song Dynasty historical building. The west lake ticket show ”Enduring memories of Hangzhou” should also be on your bucket list. Overall, a memorable stay in Hangzhou and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

My stay at the hotel was brief but I enjoyed nonetheless. I went to the wrong side of the hotel upon my arrival and so when I saw no one there, I was worried I would not be able to check in. When I called the front desk, number 82 (小文) went above and beyond to help me. Her English was not good and so was my Chinese but she improvised and used a translator over the phone and even WeChat just to help me to find the lobby. When she finally figured out where I was, she came to meet me and even brought my bag for me to the lobby. Everything went smoothly afterwards. 小文 was exceptional! The epitome of excellent customer service! Please give that lovely lady a raise or better yet, give her a promotion!

This is my second stay in Tongan within two months. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, situated right next to the tourism center. It’s walkable, so you don’t need to rely on a shuttle bus for check-in and check-out. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet, even though they’re located away from the main street. The breakfast options are also great, with a variety of choices to suit different tastes. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist you. I want to express my gratitude to Ms. Wang (王月） for her exceptional service. She picked us up from the shuttle bus, helped us with the check-in process, and introduced us to the app, map, and facilities within the room as well as the attractions nearby. This made our stay much easier and more enjoyable.
