**Exceptional Stay at The Grand Harbor Hotel!**
I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Grand Harbor Hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the friendly and professional staff who made check-in quick and easy. The lobby was elegantly designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with stunning views of the harbor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided ensured I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The complimentary Wi-Fi worked seamlessly throughout my visit, which was a huge plus for both business and leisure purposes.
The hotelâs on-site restaurant offered an outstanding dining experience. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring fresh, delicious options to start the day. I also had the chance to try dinner at the hotelâs restaurant, and the food was top-notch, with creative dishes that were expertly prepared.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotelâs spa, which provided a serene and rejuvenating atmosphere. The services were indulgent, and the staff were professional and attentive.
The location is perfectâclose to the city center, making it easy to explore local attractions, but also peaceful enough to enjoy a restful nightâs sleep.
Overall, The Hotel provided a truly memorable experience, and I look forward to staying here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Loved this hotel! I donât like standard chain hotels, so this was perfect for me. Situated in a very safe and convenient area. Only took an Uber twice, one from the Funicular and the other time to the airport. We walked every else. Located right next to the Sculpture Garden and walking distance to the gondolas and downtown! The staff were so sweet and helpful. We were told once we checked in we were now family! The lady from the breakfast room got all teary when I told her we were leaving. They gave us great advice as to where to go and even had a handheld scale to weigh our bags!
There is no elevator, so be aware of this if you have heavy bags or canât do stairs. My sister hated the shower, I loved it. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The only issue, which to me was not important, but might be to you. They are very environmentally conscious in Santiago, so the towels were not a crisp white, but were clean and useable. The bar was also good, but food service took awhile, but when it finally came it was very good.
The coffee in breakfast room was fabulous! Water in lobby 24/7. Desk manned 24/7. They buzz you in and out, which I liked. The front desk clerk was going off duty, but waited for me to help me weigh my bags.
Would I stay there again? In a heartbeat!!
Just FYI tourist areas are mostly closed on Mondays. So no hop on hop off bus and no gondola. But the Funicular was running.

lowrywowThe decoration style of the hotel is very simple and unique, but the room facilities are relatively old. The breakfast is relatively rich. Because it is in the old city, the surrounding environment is relatively complicated, but it still feels safe.

Guest UserThis is a story of 2 parts over 2 stays 11 days apart. The first stay was pretty good, we had a room on the 17th floor where the views were amazing The room was large and clean. The shower is a plastic insert and very slippery when wet. The shower head was large but a lot of the holes were blocked, but effective enough. The wi-fi was good, the breakfast was OK. We had lunch there as part of a group and it was very poor. The steak was like rubber. The bed was very firm and very high off the ground. So overall this stay was pretty good. However stay No2 came along. This time the room was on the 3rd floor so views of air conditioning units were in your face, but not a problem. This time there were 2 significant issues.
The floor was very dirty, feet ended up black after a shower. The second issue is that the room was located in the foyer next to the elevators. All night there was loud music which penetrated our room making sleeping difficult. We rang the night manager but he could do nothing about it as he did not know where the on/off switch was. Make sure you do not book any room around the elevator foyers.

We were very frustrated upon arrival as we had advised our flight and ETA and nobody was there to pick us up. We had to pay US$32.00 to take a taxi which was crazy and upon arrival at hotel we were told that the phones were donw (as we did try to call several times without a response). There should have been some form of communication even via Whats app or email and there was none. The phones had been down since 10 am that morning. Before storm started
In the evening we had dinner and the service of 3 people was super slow with a number of people being frustrated.
On the other hand next day for lunch we had Monica and she was amazing waitress.

It was OUTSTANDING, everyone at this hotel provides the best service a 5 Star hotel can give.
From the concierge all the door people, the front desk, to the RESTAURANT where I had the BEST salmon Salad ever, (I asked to please put on the grill my raw salmon and it was late at knight, they were closed, they where cleaning) and they pleased me any way, I even asked if I could take it into my room, and they gave me Room service.
I LOVED THIS HOTEL!, I will highly recommend it to EVERYONE

We chose this hotel because it offered a free airport shuttle, which was perfect since we had an early flight to Easter Island the next morning. The front desk service was excellent; they proactively booked our airport transfer and even sent reminders and important information via WhatsApp. The room was spacious, bright, and airy. To our surprise, the restaurant's food was also very good! đ So, this hotel comes highly recommended!

YNFThe service girl at the front desk is very good. Whether arranging check-in, arranging breakfast or answering various inquiries, she does her best and is enthusiastic. Her English level is also very good. Security is always open and greeting. The beds and supplies in the house were all clean and dry. The room on the side was bright and bright, and the scenery outside the window was beautiful. The tallest tower in America on the left and the famous snow-capped mountains in the distance on the right were clearly visible. Overlooking a quiet yet lively street. It is only walking distance from the supermarket at the foot of the tallest tower, opposite the Starbucks and below, surrounded by pizza, McDonald's, KFC or other hotel restaurants. The transportation is convenient and safe. The breakfast is rich and delicious. Yogurt, cheese balls, kiwi fruit, âsweet twistsâ and coffee are all my favorites.

g_soo23The Double Tree by Hilton Santiago is an incredibly neat and tidy hotel with magnificent views of the Andes, absolutely breathtaking. However, the room service app doesnât work properly, leaving customers unsure if their orders went through. Despite this minor issue, itâs a great place to stay, and I do recommend it.

The hotel is not bad, it is located in 30-40 minutes walk from the historic center and 5 minutes walk from the metro. Good view from the window to the Andes. The staff is not very welcome and cheerful, but it has not prevented our rest. Unfortunately, there is no teapot in the room, only a coffee machine with 2 capsules for 2 days per 2 days. And a glass bottle of water, as if it were poured out of the crane.
