I had a great stay at Airport Hotel Okęcie. The location is absolutely perfect—very close to the airport, which made everything extremely convenient, especially with an early flight the next morning. The hotel is just about 1 km from Warsaw Chopin Airport, so it’s an ideal choice for travellers. Everything was very smooth and well-organised. The hotel provided a free shuttle service to the airport, and my transfer at 8 AM was perfectly on time and stress-free. This really made a difference, as I didn’t have to worry about transport at all - just wake up and go. The shuttle runs regularly and is a big advantage for early departures (but you need to reserve it at the reception first). The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet enough to get proper rest before the flight. Overall, the whole experience felt very easy and efficient. I would definitely say this is one of the best options if you have an early flight or just want to relax and recharge before travelling. Highly recommended!
Take the train from Airport and arrive at Warszawa Śródmieście railway station, walk up the stairs and you see Polonia Palace hotel! We are so happy and in luck! We arrived at 9 am and the room is ready for us! This is record breaking check in time!
Room is perfect with a window view of Palace of culture and Science. Room is clean and very spacious! Breakfast is very good! Service is excellent! Will definitely recommend this hotel!
Hotel is just across the airport, perfect location. The room was not fully prepared for the guests of two while the reservation was done in advance .When arriving at night and needing to wait an hour to get towels, isn’t best experience. Appreciate the help of the receptionist who in the end took care of everything.
clean. No toothbrush toothpaste. No slippers. Breakfast is paid separately. No executive lounge. No mineral water, no special service. Quiet. Close to the bus station. There is a park nearby. I like this. Close to the airport. Need a taxi, not expensive.
The stay at the hotel was very positive. The room and bathroom were inevitably clean, which immediately rolled into the eyes. I also appreciate the silence and general comfort that allowed for a full relaxation. The mattress was comfortable and provided a great sleep, although from my perspective the pillows could be a little more comfortable. The restaurant menu could be more widely available, e.g. a website or a Facebook page.
This hotel is conveniently located near the center of Warsaw and close to the main train station, about a 900-meter walk upon arrival. It's situated right at a crossroads, and directly opposite is the iconic Palace of Culture and Science, a landmark from the Soviet era. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor and another downstairs; the ground floor dining area offers a better ambiance. Breakfast wasn't particularly extensive. The rooms are of standard size.
The hotel is close to Chopin airport, just took any taxi, it costs £6 to there... Good to rest in transit flight, as the restaurant serve food till 11pm, the breakfast is excellent, with fresh press carrot juice etc... very comfortable and nice layout.
The facilities are family friendly, with a children area with x box to play, my son keen on playing, but ends up within 1 hour as the games no fun to him... Ha..ha... But me and husband can have a restful breakfast time..
Better to book breakfast with package as cheaper....
The free airport transfer is free for booking 6am-10am, my pm flight doesn't benefit, good to go to old town, but my jetlag put me off, only manage to go to a local supermarket (Carrefour) with Uber on a Sunday, not many supermarkets) shops open...
The room is very comfortable... The toilet has no washing hand facilities but the separate shower rooms has it .... Swapping will be good for a practical reason....
It's good hotel for transit flight with everything you needs within the building... Especially for a family.

Spacious, well-appointed rooms (I had two: a living room and a bedroom) with air conditioning and a kitchenette. A positive surprise was the iron and work board, as well as the capsule coffee machine and kettle. A very good breakfast and friendly service. Great, I recommend it!

Llalalalal5The design is superb, the hotel is worth visiting. It is also very convenient to go to the old town. The breakfast is also good, with many options, but the serving speed is a bit slow. Two disadvantages: the washbasin is a bit small, and the curtains are not light-blocking (recommended to change), which affects sleep.
PPrince of PusanThe hotel is located in the heart of Oldtown and is nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional.
The only thing is the rooms are big but awkwardly shaped- you have to go to the couch to see the TV and the overall layout of the room is not a conventional hotel.
Other than that, the hotel has an old boutique charm.
GGuest UserPerfect Location and Nice Hotel but House Keeping and Room Service quite poor . Body wash and Hand wish not filled despite request at Reception. Further also requested English Breakfast Tea at Reception but not even one put in the room !!
MM239079****Location: Close to a tram/bus stop, allowing you to reach the city center and main attractions in 20 minutes, though Warsaw's public transport can get quite crowded.
Surroundings: There's a fantastic park nearby, great for a morning stroll with lots of animals – that was a pleasant surprise.
Facilities: There's a swimming pool, but it tends to get busy in the evenings.
Room: Four-star quality, and it's rare to find disposable slippers in Europe, which was a nice touch.

CCZWONGHad an excellent stay at InterContinental Warsaw by IHG. The location is fantastic—right in the city center with easy access to major attractions, shopping areas, and public transport.
The room was spacious, modern, and very well-maintained, with stunning views of the Warsaw skyline. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all amenities were top quality. Everything felt luxurious and thoughtfully designed.
One of the highlights was the swimming pool and spa area on the upper floors—great facilities with an amazing view, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast was also outstanding, with a wide selection and high-quality options.
Staff were professional, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout the stay. Overall, a luxurious and memorable experience—highly recommended when visiting Warsaw!

VVivian53115Excellent, very satisfied! Plus, the front desk staff can speak Chinese, which is a huge bonus. Overall, a fantastic experience, and the location is super convenient. The service and general vibe were top-notch. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.
