Had an amazing stay at Gaia Hotel for our 1st year wedding anniversary. The staff surprised us with a cute chocolate cake and card, such a thoughtful gesture (though they did accidentally misgender me as “Mr” instead of “Mrs” 😅). The hotel is located a little further uphill, so if your activities are around the Lembang area, it’s perfect. If you’re heading into the city, do plan ahead as it takes about 30 minutes each way. We specifically chose Gaia Hotel for its amenities, and it did not disappoint. The gym was well-equipped, and we were pleasantly surprised to find free Reformer Pilates classes, bouldering, and plenty of outdoor activities. The property is spotless, and the staff were consistently warm and attentive. Our only regret was not booking a garden view — though the city view we had was still lovely. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d happily return on our next visit to Bandung.

The location and view from this hotel is great, the service from the staff here are also excellent, bring our baby here and everything is handled well with the help from the staff.Plenty parking space, swimming pool, children playground, reataurant and many more available here.Near Taman Safari is one plus point from this hotel.

Stayed in room 1024 Pro: Room clean Efficient check in and check out Nice view of mountain and trees Dish variation were nice, lots of options, i love the kuah bakso so comforting. Cons: Unable to set AC QR in tv to see room dining menu unable to open, sent email to reservation no response. So we cant order food for room service. At night room smells of solar fumes like machine fumes and in the toilet smells like thinner or paint or some chemicals which is significantly disturbing. Please check room 1024. No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area. Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible. Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.

The service was pleasant. ************* for the early check-in and the special Happy Birthday greeting and birthday cake, as this is my Birthday Trip. Early check-in requests via email were also immediately responded to. Complete facilities. There are numerous swimming pools, a garden, an arcade area, a playroom, bike rentals, and other kid-friendly activities. My nephew and niece adore it here. They had to swim twice hehe. The only disadvantage is that it is too far away to order meals haha. But everything is OK. Recommended for family vacations.

I have a few bad things I experience while staying at Aston Pasteur, Bandung: 1. The reception upon my check in just ask for my name without checking my booking details, directly told me that my booking was cancelled and I should received an email notification. But I do not receive any cancellation notice at all and this is not a funny thing to do after I arrived there all the way from Jakarta. After a moment, now the reception guy told the rooms are actually available. I mean what's with all the acts in the beginning, even if it was a mistake, it is a preventable mistake by checking far more properly before saying it was cancelled. 2. My room was in the 6th floor far away from elevator. However in the sunday morning, i can hear something like singing practice from a church hall with all the drums and singing voice, then later on the actual church service. It was very unpleasant, as I want to rest and sleep. 3. There are four lifts but so very slow and crowded, i have to wait over 10 mins just to go down during check out time, as the lift open with full of people.

i had a great expeirence at the Pullman hotel in Bandung, Indonesia. The room was clean and well-decored. The breakfast buffet at the Sadrasa restaurant was amazing as well with lots of food selections to choose from.

**My Unforgettable Stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung** My experience staying at Crowne Plaza Bandung was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived and throughout the check-in process, their service was exceptional. From the security guards, door attendants, receptionists, to the staff serving the welcome drinks — everyone greeted us with such genuine smiles. It made us feel like part of a big family and made it so comfortable to talk with the hotel staff. At check-in, the staff on duty even registered me as a member of the IHG Group right away — something that would’ve been a hassle had I done it myself. That thoughtful gesture alone already spoke volumes about their commitment to excellent service. Beyond their outstanding hospitality, everything from the cleanliness to the tidiness was just perfect. The availability of thoughtful amenities like a steam iron with a board and a hair dryer added even more value. We were also given a room with a stunning mountain view — truly the best view! Facilities like the swimming pool and jacuzzi with their beautiful views, as well as the well-equipped gym, were all major factors in our decision to choose this hotel. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast — so many varieties to choose from! From local dishes to international options, everything was delicious. The salads were fresh, and the fruit selection was top quality. The fruit was beautifully displayed in a glass case and served by the restaurant staff, rather than taken freely — which helped minimize waste. If the fruit you wanted wasn’t visible, you could simply ask, and they would take it out from the chiller and freshly cut it just for you. They even asked if I wanted yogurt to go with the fruit. Wow! Such thoughtful service. And yes — they had ice cream that was absolutely tempting. They also offered delicious Middle Eastern dishes. The sweet desserts weren’t overly sugary and were just delightful. If I were to describe everything here, it would take forever — haha! One more thing — while I was at the swimming pool area, I slipped and twisted my ankle. I requested ice for a compress, and the room service team sent over an ice bucket from the F&B staff, along with two small towels. That kind of attentiveness really stood out. Without a doubt, we’ll gladly return to stay here in the future. Thank you once again to all the hotel staff for making our stay so memorable. ---

The hotel is quite clean, and the facilities are complete enough for a family staycation. Access to the toll gate is very close.

Room is pretty small, as well as the closet space and the desk. The shower is quite spacious. Location is very close to the lively Braga street. Staffs were very helpful and kind. Refreshing lemon tea as welcome drink.
