The bathroom is a bit slippery and the floor is also not clean. The battery of tv remote and ac aren't working, you have to call room service to change. The ac is cold , the bedroom is nice, the pillow is nice too, not too high, and i can sleep tightly. The breakfast is so so, i love the siomay and pridge, they taste so good. The omelete is standard becaude they arent put anything on the omellete.they need to improve on the menus.

Loving the facilities and varieties of free activities provided. We literally just stay in the hotel to join as much activities as we can. The kids had lots of fun at kids club, we parents joined latte art class, aerial yoga. Even grandparents enjoyed the stay, my mum & I managed to join the flower arranging class, mums finally got to have fun too 🥰

Hotel cukup bagus, bisa liat langsung view gunung slamet ... ada kolam renang, kolam + perahu

Facilities and food are excellent. The service however, especially the staff at the hotel restaurant, are not so friendly, and sort of less than the standard to expect from such a 4-star-hotel.

Clean and spacious rooms with a good view either side, tasteful decor, and a comfortable overall experience. Breakfast was Lucious and plentiful, easy parking, and central location to explore Semarang plus the added taxi convenience makes it an all rounder

A brand new hotel with middle eastern style building, location too far from Tawangmangu, from any resto and attractions. The buffet need improvement, the taste were bland and lack of variety, and we saw too many flies, but the food we ordered from room service was ok.

Maybe the best one hotel in the town, great swimming pool and breakfast was good. Rooms close to the generator are noisy.

I recently had a delightful stay at Hotel Tentrem in Semarang, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and their attentiveness truly enhanced our experience. The cleanliness of the rooms and restrooms was impressive, which is always a top priority for me when traveling. The hotel amenities, including the gym, were excellent and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was the delicious breakfast spread. The variety was fantastic, and the quality of the food was outstanding. I also want to give a special shoutout to Ibuk Elfi for her warm hospitality during breakfast. Her cheerful demeanor made our mornings even more enjoyable. As a coffee lover, I was particularly impressed by the skills of Mas Arafi, the barista. I thoroughly enjoyed the cappuccino, mocaccino, and café latte he prepared; each cup was a treat. His knowledge of coffee truly shines through in every sip. 🏨 Truth Review Stay at Artotel Leguna Magelang (3– 5 March 2026) i stayed at artotel leguna magelang from march 3rd to march 5th of 2026 because there was an event at university of محمد iyah magelang on march 3rd and 4th. the location is quite strategic and it makes me easy to move to the campus,so it is not too tired to go back and forth. originally i ordered a standard room with 1 large bed,including sahur 2 pax.************can free upgrade to superior room,so the room feels more relieved and comfortable. the room is clean,tidy,and it is good to rest after a busy day of activities.the bed is soft and makes you sleep better. what i like the most,from the room you can see the mountain view 🌄 the atmosphere is quiet and cool,especially in the morning.it’s really good to recharge the energy before continuing to activities. about service,i think the team is friendly and responsive: Morning, Ms. Risty and Mas Aga helped In the afternoon, Mas Bangkit, Ms. Sheila and Ms. Nayra. Mas Fino helped at night Everything was helpful and communicative. If anything I needed, the response was quick and not complicated. It felt well served, not just formalities. For housekeeping, I was helped Mas Dani. The room was always clean and well kept during my stay. for sahur is served in buffet in the restaurant.although there are not too many choices,it is enough,the taste is good,and it is well prepared and timely.so there is no need to worry about staying during the puasa month. Overall, I was satisfied and felt comfortable during my stay here. Suitable for those with activities in Magelang, both campus events, work, and just a staycation with a quiet atmosphere and mountain view. if you go to magelang again,i don’t mind staying here again 👍
