Very nice hotel and stay was good

The service is quite good and the environment is very good.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and the signature Taj hospitality that truly sets the standard for luxury stays. Every detail — from the fragrant lobby to the impeccable check-in experience — radiated comfort and class. The room was spotless, elegantly designed, and offered a perfect blend of modern comfort with traditional charm. The bed was heavenly, and every night felt like a dream! Housekeeping deserves special mention for their attention to detail and daily personalized touches that made the stay unforgettable. Dining at the Taj Skyline was a delightful experience — every meal was beautifully presented and bursting with authentic flavours. The breakfast buffet was lavish, offering an array of local and international dishes that catered to every palate. The staff truly made this stay exceptional. Their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression — whether it was at the front desk, restaurant, or concierge. Everyone greeted me with a smile that made me feel right at home. The location is perfect — centrally situated, yet serene enough to relax after a busy day in the city. The room was absolutely gorgeous—everything was spotless, and it had a really stylish, modern vibe. It had everything I needed, plus a few extra touches that made it feel extra special. The bed was so comfy, and the view from the window was amazing

Best resort in city

The reception was impeccable. The production using a buggy is also pleasant. However, I was disappointed that the staff at the breakfast buffet seemed unmotivated, didn't show us where to sit, and just walked around aimlessly and wouldn't respond unless we called out to them. I was pouring coffee for Western guests.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the resort everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Good locations, near to airport. Furniture a bit old due to old hotel. But overall still good for short stay.

The main reason, and as a consequence, the main advantage of this hotel was its location. It’s not a very long drive from the airport, and already in the direction of the next city to which you had to go by car (more than 5 hours). The noisy street below the window was upsetting, where cars and motorcycles constantly hummed until late at night.

Our stay at Taj Gandhinagar was a mixed experience. While the food was decent, it didn’t particularly stand out. The biggest issue we faced was with the electricity—there were frequent power disruptions, which caused the air conditioning to turn off multiple times throughout the night. As a result, we had to wake up at least five times just to switch it back on, making it quite difficult to get a restful sleep. For a hotel of this caliber, we expected a much smoother experience in terms of basic amenities.
