When we first entered, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. We informed the staff, and they responded immediately by spraying an air freshener in the room. We really appreciated how quickly they reacted, and the smell improved afterwards. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, and although communication in English was limited, everyone was patient and genuinely tried to help whenever needed. We had an enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel to other travellers.
