From the front desk after the reservation, the welcome after the store, the various details of the room service after the check-in, the whole service process is very satisfactory. Welcome fruit bar drinks, also sent nearby amusement projects, shuttle bus at any time convenient and efficient, drivers smile service throughout the whole process. On such a hot day, a WeChat front desk arranged for a little brother to come around the lake to pick us up, so intimate. The room is very large, you can see Tianyu Lake from the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can immediately experience the relaxation of the holiday on the sofa, the bedding is comfortable, and the design of the bathroom dry and wet area is very fond. The outdoor infinity pool adds to the hotel's style. In the evening, drink a special cocktail by the pool. It feels not too good. The experience was so good and stayed decisively for one night. It is recommended that friends who like to enjoy a slow holiday and pay attention to the quality of service should not miss it here. Have the opportunity to come back again, continue to write the hidden time! A little suggestion is that if you can, the big TV in the room can be stretched out of the wall, giving us more viewing angles for those who love to watch TV. The flaws are not hidden, see you next time!

GGuest UserVery satisfied with such a cheap price to live in such a good hotel is very unexpected, and his home is exactly the same as the decoration of a chain hotel, so personally feel special value! The sanitation is very clean and tidy, the service attitude is also very good and very attentive. When I checked in, the front desk lady saw that I had posted a few band-aides on my hand, so she took the initiative to tell me that he had a clean band-aid here and asked me if I needed it. Very warm heart and strong sense of service.

YYinghuochong502This stay was absolutely wonderful. The lobby is quiet and elegant, creating a fantastic ambiance. The room itself was spacious and tidy, with impeccable cleanliness. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring a very restful sleep. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, excellent water pressure, and instant hot water, making for a superb showering experience.
The front desk service was attentive and thoughtful; any request was quickly resolved, and the service felt just right, not forced. The hotel overall is quiet and peaceful, perfect for business travelers or short trips. For its price point, it offers exceptional value. The environment, cleanliness, and service are all top-notch. It's incredibly cost-effective and definitely a place I'd choose again for a long stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel has just opened for more than a year, the room is clean and tidy, no smell, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic, warmly called me, opened the air conditioner for me in advance, and presented mineral water when I left the store, my heart was warm! The hotel also has free tea, coffee, self-service laundry, robot delivery, too convenient! The punching treasure is recommended!

GGuest UserOur family of five (three kids) stayed at Sky Island for three days, and we were absolutely blown away. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us with everything.
The resort is huge — so many activities and things to do that we didn’t even have time to try everything they offered. We spent a lot of time in the hot springs, and it was such a great way to relax and recharge. The service there was top-notch, and it felt very private and peaceful.
We also had dinner at the Chinese restaurant, and it was amazing — the presentation, the taste, the service, everything was high quality.
Our two-story room was super cozy, spacious, clean, and had no weird smells (which we really appreciated).
We will definitely come back again — not just once — and we’ll bring our friends with us next time!

Services:
Service generally front desk staff active service awareness is relatively weak. And when I checked in on the first day, the garden view and the lake view were stupid. I hope the hotel will strengthen management later.

GGuest UserI stayed at Shixuan Hotel for one night. The room was cozy and tastefully decorated. I was very satisfied with my stay and it was great value for money. I would definitely come again! The receptionist was very friendly and attentive – a big thumbs up! Parking was convenient, and there was a shopping center next door, making dining and shopping easy. The hotel also had robot food delivery, a gym, and a self-service laundry room, which were very convenient. They even gave me chrysanthemum tea when I checked out – a thoughtful touch!
