The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the cleaning crew proactively greeted me. The hygiene conditions were excellent. The facilities are new, and the laundry room is clean and convenient. They thoughtfully provide tea and small snacks for guests. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The hotel is a new hotel, the room environment is good, the health is clean, but the front desk is different from the front desk commitment when checking out. The service feels a bit discounted. How much affects the mood? I hope to be the same next time. I can do it. I can't understand it.

The decor is simple yet elegant, a refreshing change from the cold, impersonal feel of many business hotels. The front desk staff were warm and efficient during check-in, patiently answering all my questions, which made for a fantastic first impression. What impressed me most upon entering the room was its cleanliness. The bedding was spotless, the floors pristine, and the bathroom was completely odor-free. The lighting design in the room created a wonderful ambiance, making it incredibly relaxing to lie in bed at night. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and I slept better than usual, waking up refreshed after a full night's sleep. A delightful surprise was the smart speaker in the room. I could easily connect my phone and play my favorite music. Whether I was relaxing, working, or even showering, having my music on really enhanced the atmosphere. After a busy day, coming back to the hotel and enjoying a hot shower with my preferred tunes playing was incredibly stress-relieving. These small, thoughtful details, though not immediately obvious, genuinely elevated the overall comfort of my stay. The hotel also excelled in many thoughtful details, from the quality of the toiletries to the room's amenities. The Wi-Fi was stable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very comfortable stay overall. For frequent travelers, finding a clean, quiet, and well-serviced hotel can be a challenge. Lufeng Hotel genuinely left me feeling like I'd 'definitely come back again.' It's highly recommended for both business trips and weekend getaways. Many thanks to the hotel staff for their warm service. Jingang Hotel in Yingcheng is pretty good, and I'm relatively satisfied. It met my expectations and was well within an acceptable range. Overall, everything was suitable and consistent with the description. Both the service speed and attitude were very pleasant. All in all, it's highly recommended and was a great experience. It met all my requirements, and I'll definitely choose it again if needed in the future.

Our family of five (three kids) stayed at Sky Island for three days, and we were absolutely blown away. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us with everything. The resort is huge — so many activities and things to do that we didn’t even have time to try everything they offered. We spent a lot of time in the hot springs, and it was such a great way to relax and recharge. The service there was top-notch, and it felt very private and peaceful. We also had dinner at the Chinese restaurant, and it was amazing — the presentation, the taste, the service, everything was high quality. Our two-story room was super cozy, spacious, clean, and had no weird smells (which we really appreciated). We will definitely come back again — not just once — and we’ll bring our friends with us next time!

On the second day of May Day, we traveled from Ji'an, Jiangxi to Fuzhou and then to Yunmeng. It was already 1 a.m. when we arrived at the hotel. The lady at the front desk said that we were the last guests tonight and upgraded us to the presidential suite. It was so considerate! The room is super large and comfortable, and full of details. Breakfast is on the second floor and is very rich! When we left, it was raining☔️The lady at the front desk would help hold the hotel’s big umbrella and deliver it to our car👏👏👏

Facilities: The hotel is very convenient for parking and eating, and there are charging piles nearby, about 10 minutes drive from the scenic spot. Services: Service generally front desk staff active service awareness is relatively weak. And when I checked in on the first day, the garden view and the lake view were stupid. I hope the hotel will strengthen management later.
