The service and hygiene are very good. The environment is also very new. There is no smell of formaldehyde. It has been a long time since I slept outside. The bedding is very comfortable to sleep. The room is still very quiet. Because I have to rest early, but I have clothes to wash. The hotel staff also provides a free laundry service. After washing, it will be delivered directly to the room. I can feel that I am very satisfied with the service very carefully. I will come again next time.

On November 9th, I was rushing to catch a train. At 9:30 AM, I left my room and took the elevator, only to find seven of us trapped inside. The elevator doors were locked, the front desk was unreachable by phone, and my Didi (ride-hailing app) was delayed. After being trapped for over ten minutes, we were told it was overloaded—only seven people? The elevator was clearly marked as having a capacity of 13. When the elevator finally opened, we were about to miss our train, so we had no choice but to run down from the 6th floor, carrying our 30-pound suitcases. There were only 3-4 people at the front desk on the first floor. Could it be that 3-4 people couldn't answer the phone? Is this the kind of facility a newly opened Ji Hotel has? This was a terrible stay. It's unimaginable that such a thing could happen at a chain hotel like Ji Hotel.

This stay was absolutely wonderful. The lobby is quiet and elegant, creating a fantastic ambiance. The room itself was spacious and tidy, with impeccable cleanliness. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring a very restful sleep. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, excellent water pressure, and instant hot water, making for a superb showering experience. The front desk service was attentive and thoughtful; any request was quickly resolved, and the service felt just right, not forced. The hotel overall is quiet and peaceful, perfect for business travelers or short trips. For its price point, it offers exceptional value. The environment, cleanliness, and service are all top-notch. It's incredibly cost-effective and definitely a place I'd choose again for a long stay.
